Amazon Shipping Print Labels

Manage your Amazon Shipping shipments in Qapla’

For Amazon Shipping, an integration is available that allows label printing directly on Qapla’, as well as tracking of shipments handled with this courier.

IMPORTANT: Feature available for Italy and Spain.

To configure the courier, follow the steps described below.

1. Authorization

To proceed with the Amazon Shipping App authorization, access the courier configuration section in:
Settings > Channels > [Channel Name] “Configure” > Couriers > Amazon Shipping.

NOTE: If the Amazon Shipping module is not included in your plan, purchase it from the store or add it to your account to enable Amazon Shipping label generation.

By clicking on the “Authorize App” button, a window will open where you must log in with your Amazon Shipping credentials.

Check the box that allows Qapla’ to connect to your Amazon Shipping account and press the “Authorize” button.

A new pop-up window will appear confirming the authorization.
At this point, you can close both pop-up windows that opened during this phase.

2. Label Generation Configuration

After completing the authorization, proceed with the rest of the configurations.

Enable and enter the required data:

  • Generate shipments: enable to activate label generation
  • Business ID:
    • Amazon Shipping IT
    • Amazon Shipping UK
    • Amazon Shipping FR
    • Amazon Shipping ES
    • Amazon Shipping US
    • Amazon Shipping IN
  • Seller Name: field to be populated
  • Rate Management:
    • Apply the cheapest courier rate
    • Apply the rate of the selected courier, otherwise use the cheapest rate:
      • 4PX
      • Amazon Shipping
      • China Post
      • DHL eCommerce
      • DHL Express CZ
      • DHL Express DE
      • DHL Express ES
      • DHL Express FR
      • DHL Express IT
      • DHL Express PL
      • DHL Express UK
      • DHL Paket
      • Poste Italiane
      • WanB
      • Yanwen
      • Yun Express
      • TNT IT
      • BRT S.p.A
      • UPS
  • Set “InsuredValue” to the value of the shipped goods
  • Available label formats:
    • PDF
    • Zebra ZPL (requires Qz Tray drivers)
  • Print quality:
    • 203 dpi
    • 300 dpi
  • Add order reference to order number during label printing

IMPORTANT: To print with ZPL formats, installation of specific drivers is required:

Sender settings:

  • Default: the sender will be shown as configured in Settings > Company.
  • Specific sender: you will need to indicate the address (street, number, city, zip code, province code, country code) and contact details (contact person, email, and phone).
  • Multi-sender: by activating this option, you can manage and configure different senders in Settings > Senders by specifying a default one.

Other settings:

  • Shipping manifest: you can enter up to 3 emails separated by commas to receive a copy of the manifest.
  • Courier contact person: you can enter the email of your courier representative.

3. Tracking Mode Configuration

You will need to indicate the data: Amazon Account ID

And optionally enable the option: Use WS authorization for tracking as well
