Shipment Import Methods on Qapla’
What is meant by “shipment”?
A shipment is the process through which the products purchased in an order are prepared, entrusted to a courier, the label is generated, a tracking number is assigned, and the goods are sent to the final customer. It is the concrete step in which the order becomes a delivery.
Qapla’ offers 8 methods to import shipments into your Qapla’ account.
You can choose one or more methods simultaneously, depending on your infrastructure and operational needs.
1. CMS – Direct Connection
Qapla’ supports integration with the main eCommerce CMSs.
Here is the list of all the CMSs with which Qapla’ connects directly via the official web services of each platform, for shipment import.
Note: You can connect one CMS per channel.
2. API pushShipment
The APIs allow Qapla’ to be integrated both in reading and writing with your proprietary eCommerce system or with a platform for which a plugin or connector has not yet been implemented.
PushShipment is ideal for custom systems or ERPs, as it provides direct and automated sending of shipments through REST API calls.
3. CSV File
You can upload a CSV file containing the shipment data, following a predefined format.
4. Excel File
You can upload an Excel file containing the shipment data, following a predefined format.
5. FTP/FTPS/URL
It is possible to import shipments using a CSV file via FTP/FTPS/URL.
6. Manual Import
Allows you to manually enter a new order directly from the Qapla’ panel.
7. Import Shipments from BRT FTPS
