How to import shipments from BRT FTPS
This procedure lets you automatically import shipments into Qapla’ by fetching them from BRT’s FTPS.
Enablement request to BRT
To activate the service, ask your BRT account contact to enable and grant access to BRT FTPS ftps.brt.it, specifying that shipments will be sent in the format: FNVAB00T
Also request:
- Login
- Password
Configuration
In the Qapla’ panel go to:
Settings > Channels > [Channel Name] > Configure > Import > Shipments > BRT > BRT Import
Enter the credentials provided by BRT: Login and Password.
Click “Insert” to save.
Once the configuration is complete, Qapla’ will import shipments every day at 09:00.
Missing data in the BRT FTPS import
The direct import from BRT does not include the final customer’s email address, even if provided when generating the shipment.
To complete the missing information, Qapla’ can connect to the e-commerce platform integrated via webservice.

Retrieve the following data from the CMS:
- Address
- Postal Code (CAP)
- Phone number
