How to Import Shipments from BRT EasySped via File
This procedure allows you to import BRT shipments into Qapla’ by exporting a file from your BRT EasySped account.
Export the file from BRT
By accessing your BRT EasySped account, you can export a file containing your shipments.
The data extraction is carried out by applying the “transmission date” filter and the “already transmitted” flag.
Upload the file to Qapla’
Log in to the tracking home of your Qapla’ account, and click on the gear icon: Import > from BRT EasySped
- Select the channel where you want to import the shipments.
- Upload the BRT file.
- Reference: choose one of the two references for correct BRT tracking reading, either by matching between the order reference and the BRT customer code
- numeric
- alphabetic (which also includes alphanumeric)
Click “Start Importing” to complete the process.
