Generate TNT Italia labels with Qapla’

Integration is available for TNT Italia, allowing you to print labels directly on Qapla’, and track shipments managed with the courier.

To configure the courier, you will need to follow the steps described below.

1. Request credentials from TNT Italia

To print TNT Italia labels directly on Qapla’, you must request your representative to activate the following service: Web Service for generating waybills, pickup requests (if necessary), and tracking.

Additionally, the following data is required for configuration:

  • Domestic customer code
  • International Customer Code
  • Customer ID
  • User ID
  • Password for Web Services access

2. Label generation configuration

Once all credentials have been collected, you can independently configure the courier in your Qapla’ account by going to: Settings > Channels > [Channel Name] “Configure” > Couriers > TNT Italia

NOTE: If the TNT Italia module is not included in your plan, purchase it from the store or add it to your account to enable TNT Italia shipment generation.

Enable and configure the required data:

Tracking

  • Client: Customer ID or User ID
  • User: Customer ID or User ID
  • Password for Web Services access
  • Tracking mode:
    • Waybill (Tracking Number): recommended option for those generating labels in the Qapla’ panel
    • Sender Reference
  • Field: Tracking number
  • Shipment number: do not enable
  • Field for shipment number: Tracking number

Generation

  • Generate shipments: enable to activate label generation
  • Domestic customer code
  • International Customer Code
  • Customer ID
  • User ID
  • Password for Web Services access
  • Content
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) payment type
    • Cash
    • Bank check payable to the original sender
  • Service code (domestic shipments)
    • Domestic Express
    • Domestic 12:00 Express
    • Domestic 10:00 Express
    • Domestic Economy Express
  • Service code (international shipments)
    • International Express
    • International 12:00 Express
    • International Economy Express
    • International 12:00 Economy Express
  • Offer code: fill in if necessary. Value to be populated if the courier requires additional data for the accounting breakdown of shipping costs on the invoice. Ask your courier representative for the value to be set.
  • Billing code: fill in if necessary. Ask your courier representative if a billing code needs to be specified.
  • Customs charges
    • Receiver
    • Sender
    • Third party
  • Field to use for Product Category
    • no selection
    • Custom 1
    • Custom 2
    • Custom 3
  • Do not transmit recipient email addresses to the courier: you can activate the option to not send the recipient’s email to the courier.

Available label formats:

  • A4
  • PDF / A6 / Zebra
  • A4x4 (4 labels of 105x148mm)
  • Zebra PDF (102x150mm)
  • Zebra ZPL*(qz.io)

Printing options:

  • Enable printing of items on additional labels. Consult the following article: Printing items on an additional label (picking list)
  • ZPL printing options: Force use of ^MTT command. If enabled, it allows obtaining the ZPL label with ^MTT (Thermal Transfer Media): Thermal transfer mode (requires ribbon), instead of ^MTD (Direct Thermal Media): Direct thermal mode (without ribbon).

IMPORTANT: To print in ZPL formats, specific drivers must be installed:

Sender setting:

  • Default: the sender will be shown as configured in Settings > Company.
  • Specific sender: the address must be provided:
    • Name: company name
    • Contact: contact name
    • Address
    • ZIP Code
    • City
    • Province
    • Country
    • Email
    • Phone
  • Multi-sender: if this option is chosen, you can manage and configure different senders in Settings > Senders by setting one as the default.

Contextual Returns:

    • Manage returns: you can enable the generation of the return label along with the outbound one.
    • Create return label for all shipments: default setting, which will activate return generation for all shipments.
    • Return address different from sender: to be indicated if the return needs to be created to an address other than the sender’s. Address and contact details must also be provided.
Pickup booking:
  • Send pickup booking: to be enabled if you wish to send an automatic pickup request. It is necessary to set times indicating the availability of the goods to the courier.
  • Only one pickup request per date/time

Advanced settings

  • Enable shipments with envelopes

Other settings:

  • Shipping manifest: you can enter up to 3 emails separated by commas to receive a copy of the manifest
  • Order display in the labels section: all, domestic, or international
  • Courier representative contacts: you can enter the email of your courier representative
