Manage your Inpost Group shipments in Qapla’
For Inpost Group, an integration is available that allows you to print labels directly on Qapla’, as well as track shipments managed with this courier.
To configure the courier, you will need to follow the steps described below.
1. Request credentials
Ask your courier contact person for the following credentials:
- Client ID
- Client Secret
- Organization ID
2. Configuration on Qapla’
Once you have gathered all the credentials, you can independently configure the courier on your Qapla’ account by going to:
Settings > Channels > [Channel Name] “Configure” > Couriers > Inpost Group
NOTE: If the Inpost Group module is not included in your plan, purchase it from the store or add it to your account to enable Inpost Group shipment generation.
Proceed with the configuration, selecting all the necessary options:
- WebService Access, fill in the fields:
- Client ID
- Client Secret
- Organization ID
- Generate Labels: enable the checkbox to activate label generation
- Available label formats, choose one of the available formats:
- PDF A6
- ZPL (qz.io)
IMPORTANT: In order to print using ZPL formats, the installation of specific drivers is required:
- ZPL Options
- Additional text to print on the label
- Order Reference
- Order Notes
- PUDO shipment management: if you also need to manage shipment generation with PUDO, fill in the following data:
- Origin Country Code
- Shipping Method
- APM
- PUDO
- HUB
Sender settings:
- Selection of the sender’s country code
- By default: the sender will be shown as configured in Settings > Company.
- Specific sender: you must provide the address (street, number, city, ZIP code, province code, country code) and contact details (contact person, email, and phone).
- Multi-sender: by activating this option, you can manage and configure different senders in Settings > Senders, specifying a default one.
Other settings:
- Shipping manifest: you can enter up to 3 emails separated by commas to receive a copy of the manifest
- Courier contact person details: you can enter the email of your courier contact person
