Manage your Correos Express shipments with Qapla’
For Correos Express, an integration is available that allows label printing directly on Qapla’, as well as tracking of shipments handled with this courier.
To configure the courier, follow the steps described below.
1. Obtain credentials and activate service with Correos Express
To generate shipments via Qapla’, you need to request the following Webservice credentials from your courier representative:
- Requester (Richiedente)
- Client (Cliente)
- User (Utente)
- Password
2. Configuration on Qapla’
Once you have collected all the credentials, you can autonomously configure the courier on your Qapla’ account by going to:
Settings > Channels > Couriers > Correos Express
NOTE: If the Correos Express module is not included in your plan, purchase it first from the store to enable Correos Express shipment generation.
Enter your credentials in the Label Generation section.
Proceed with the configuration, selecting all necessary options:

- Available label formats:
- A4 (4 labels 105x148mm)
- PDF / A4 / Zebra
- Zebra ZPL (requires Qz Tray drivers)
IMPORTANT: To print with ZPL formats, installation of specific drivers is required:
- Qz Tray (dedicated guide at this link)
- Browser Print
Sender settings:
- Default: the sender will be shown as configured in Settings > Company.
- Specific sender: you will need to indicate the address (street, number, city, zip code, province code, country code) and contact details (contact person, email, and phone).
- Multi-sender: by activating this option, you can manage and configure different senders in Settings > Senders by specifying a default one.
Pickup booking:
- Send pickup booking: enable if you wish to send the automatic pickup request.
Other settings:
- Shipping manifest: you can enter up to 3 emails separated by commas to receive a copy of the manifest.
- Courier contact person: you can enter the email of your courier representative.
- Order visualization in the labels section: all, domestic, or international.
IMPORTANT: Feature available for Spain.
