AMAZON Prime Print Shipping Labels

Manage your Amazon Prime shipments with Qapla’

For Amazon Prime, an integration is available that allows label printing directly on Qapla’, as well as tracking of shipments handled with this courier.

To configure the courier, follow the steps described below.

1. Authorization

To print Amazon Prime labels directly on Qapla’, it is necessary to have first connected the Amazon marketplace, following this guide:

Next, access the courier configuration section in:
Settings > Channels > [Channel Name] “Configure” > Couriers > Amazon.

NOTE: If the Amazon module is not included in your plan, purchase it from the store or add it to your account to enable Amazon shipment generation.

Proceed to authorize the app, accepting the terms and conditions of Amazon Prime.
To do this, click on “Authorize APP“; a window will appear where you must log in with your Amazon credentials to proceed with the authorization.

2. Label Generation Configuration

After completing the authorization, proceed with the rest of the configurations.

Enable and configure the required data; it is important that they match those entered in the Amazon registry (Amazon area):

  • Generate shipments: enable to activate label generation
  • Sender
  • Address
  • City
  • Zip Code
  • Province
  • Country
  • Email
  • Phone

Rate Management

  • Select Rate Management:
    • Apply the cheapest courier rate
    • Apply the rate of the selected courier, otherwise use the cheapest rate:
      • 4PX
      • Amazon Shipping
      • China Post
      • DHL eCommerce
      • DHL Express CZ
      • DHL Express DE
      • DHL Express ES
      • DHL Express FR
      • DHL Express IT
      • DHL Express PL
      • DHL Express UK
      • DHL Paket
      • Poste Italiane
      • WanB
      • Yanwen
      • Yun Express
      • TNT IT
      • BRT S.p.A

Label Printing

  • Available label formats:
    • A6
    • A6 (Force Low DPI)
    • Zebra ZPL (requires Qz Tray drivers)

IMPORTANT: To print with ZPL formats, installation of specific drivers is required:

Other settings:

  • Shipping manifest: you can enter up to 3 emails separated by commas to receive a copy of the manifest.
  • Courier contact person: you can enter the email of your courier representative.

3. Tracking Mode Configuration

Enable the option: Use Amazon web service for tracking

 

ATTENTION:
Labels generated with Amazon Prime cannot be cancelled once created.

IMPORTANT:
Feature available for shipments with Sender in Italy, towards a destination in Italy.
The Buy Shipping service on Amazon is managed in partnership with TNT.
