Direct connection of your eCommerce platform
Qapla’ supports integration with the main eCommerce CMSs and platforms, allowing you to:
- Automatically import the orders received in your shop.
- Update the order status directly on the eCommerce platform after the shipment is created, including adding the tracking code.
Integrations are built using the official webservices provided by each platform, ensuring stability and secure synchronization.
How to connect your eCommerce platform
To configure the connection between your online shop and Qapla’, follow these simple steps:
- Log in to the Qapla’ Control Panel.
- Go to: Settings > Channels [Channel Name] > Configure > E-commerce
- Select the CMS platform you use.
- Click “Select” to start the configuration.

Qapla’ integrates directly with the following CMSs and eCommerce platforms:

The integration of the following platforms is managed via our Qapla’ APIs.
For these platforms there is no automatic order status update directly on the eCommerce platform; however, you can replicate this functionality by implementing the Qapla’ getShipment API and Webhook.

Note: you can connect one CMS per channel.
