Manual Order Import
Qapla’ allows you to manually import orders, one at a time, directly from the Qapla’ Control Panel.
This method is effective for entering out-of-flow orders, exceptional entries, or for testing specific cases individually.
How to manually enter an order
To insert an order, go to: Labels > Actions (top right) > Insert Orders
Fields available in the entry form:
- Channel: select the channel where the order will be imported.
- Order Reference: enter the order identification code (reference order).
- Origin: specify the source of the order

- Address: street and house number of the recipient.
- City: destination city.
- Province: enter the province/state code (e.g., MI for Milan).
- ZIP Code: enter the postal/zip code.
- Country: enter the destination country in ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 format (e.g., IT).
- Customer Phone: recipient’s phone number.
- Customer Email: recipient’s email address.
- Amount: order value.
- POD (Cash on Delivery): tick this box if the order is cash on delivery. The value in the “Amount” field will be used as the COD value.
Finally, click the “Insert” button.
