Direct connection with Marketplaces
Qapla’ supports integration with the main Marketplaces, allowing you to:
- Automatically import the orders present in your Marketplace account.
- Update the order status directly on the Marketplace after the shipment is created, including adding the tracking code.
Integrations are implemented using the official webservice documentation provided by each Marketplace, ensuring stability and secure synchronization.
How to connect your Marketplace account
To configure the connection between your Marketplace account and Qapla’, follow these simple steps:
- Log in to the Qapla’ Control Panel.
- Go to: Settings > Channels [Channel Name] > Configure > Marketplace
- Select the Marketplace.
- Click “Select” to start the configuration.
