Pioneer Plan Setup Guide

Qapla’s Pioneer Plan includes the following features for shipment management and post-shipment communication:

  • Shipment tracking
  • Post-shipment marketing

To start using your Qapla’ account, you need to configure the features in the Qapla’ Control Panel.
Proper configuration allows you to fully utilize all the features that Qapla’ offers.

Here is the full list of configurations to be completed.

1. Shipment import method

Choose how to import your shipments.

2. Carrier configuration

Choose which carriers to enable for tracking management of your shipments.
Go to: Settings > Channels > [Channel Name] > Configure > Carriers > Add Carriers

3. Mail server configuration

To send transactional emails from your domains, configure the SMTP server (your own or provided by Qapla’).

4. Transactional email configuration

Customize the automatic emails sent to customers:

5. Qapla’ Tracking Page configuration

Set up your customized tracking page:

6. SMS configuration

Customize the automatic SMS sent to customers to inform them about shipment progress:

  • Instant messaging: SMS

7. Webhook

Enable and configure the webhook to receive notifications for tracking status updates and shipment creations.
