de Tickets para Solicitudes de Asistencia"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ticket<\/h2>\n<p>La funci\u00f3n <strong>Ticket<\/strong> de Qapla\u2019 permite a los clientes finales solicitar soporte directamente desde la <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/help.qapla.it\/es\/tracking-page-qeditor\/\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>p\u00e1gina de tracking<\/strong><\/a> o desde los <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/help.qapla.it\/es\/emails-transaccionales\/\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>email transaccionales<\/strong><\/a>.<br \/>\nDesde tu <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/cp.qapla.it\/\" rel=\"noopener\">panel de Qapla\u2019<\/a>, puedes recibir, visualizar y responder a estas solicitudes, estableciendo as\u00ed una <strong>comunicaci\u00f3n bidireccional con tus clientes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Para utilizar esta funci\u00f3n<\/strong>, es necesario <strong>configurar<\/strong> un <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/help.qapla.it\/es\/smtp-servidor-de-correo\/\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>servidor de correo<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>C\u00f3mo funciona<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Cliente final<\/strong><br \/>\nDesde la p\u00e1gina de tracking, haciendo clic en el bot\u00f3n \u201cTicket\u201d, o desde los correos electr\u00f3nicos transaccionales mediante el uso de las siguientes metavariables, el cliente final puede solicitar soporte:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>[TICKET_LINK]<\/li>\n<li>[TICKET_URL]<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed encontrar\u00e1s la gu\u00eda con todas las metavariables disponibles: <strong><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/help.qapla.it\/es\/meta-variables-de-qapla\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Metavariables de Qapla\u2019<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Merchant<\/strong><br \/>\nPuedes controlar y visualizar los Tickets en dos secciones:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Desde el filtro r\u00e1pido (arriba a la izquierda del panel de Qapla\u2019): si hay nuevos Tickets, aparecer\u00e1 un bot\u00f3n con la lista de env\u00edos que incluyen un mensaje del cliente final.<br \/>\n<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/help.qapla.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/ES-Filtri.png\" conversaci\u00f3n con el cliente, siempre que el intercambio se realice exclusivamente a trav\u00e9s de la funci\u00f3n Ticket (tanto para el cliente como para el merchant).<a src=\"http:\/\/help.qapla.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Ticket-GIF.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"810\" height=\"810\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Configuraci\u00f3n del Ticket<\/h3>\n<p>Para habilitar el servicio Ticket:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Habilita la opci\u00f3n \u201c<b>Deseo\u00a0<strong>habilitar los Ticket<\/strong> y permitir a los clientes enviarme peticiones de intervenci\u00f3n<\/b>\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Configura los siguientes par\u00e1metros:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Env\u00edo de<\/strong>: direcci\u00f3n de correo electr\u00f3nico y nombre desde los cuales llegar\u00e1n los tickets a los usuarios.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Env\u00edo a<\/strong>: direcci\u00f3n de correo electr\u00f3nico donde se recibir\u00e1n los correos de Ticket de los usuarios.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mensaje de notificaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: texto enviado autom\u00e1ticamente al cliente final cuando abras un ticket desde la secci\u00f3n \u201cTracking\u201d de un env\u00edo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mensaje de cortes\u00eda<\/strong>: texto enviado autom\u00e1ticamente la primera vez que el cliente utiliza el sistema Ticket para ponerse en contacto contigo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gesti\u00f3n de mensajes<\/strong>: posibilidad de crear mensajes predefinidos utilizando metavariables, para responder r\u00e1pidamente a los clientes.
