It allows you to view shipment statuses in real-time directly within your support tools (Zendesk, Gmail, Salesforce, etc.) without having to switch tabs.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to this tool, not only will you have direct visibility of the shipment&#8217;s progress, but you can also:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Access the shipment directly on Qapla&#8217; with a simple click on the order reference<\/li>\n<li>Consult the Tracking Page by clicking on the tracking number<\/li>\n<li>Configure quick and automated responses: use preset templates to reply to your customers in seconds. Thanks to the use of metavariables, the extension will automatically fill the message with the correct shipment data, eliminating any risk of manual error.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>1. Installation<\/h3>\n<p>To get started, download the extension directly from the Chrome Web Store:<br \/>\n<strong><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/chromewebstore.google.com\/detail\/qapla-companion-%CE%B2eta\/oogmhinfmffnadgkbgajeophdmeepfcf?hl=it&amp;utm_source=ext_sidebar\" rel=\"noopener\">Download Qapla&#8217; Companion (Beta)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: Using the extension requires an active Qapla&#8217; account.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Once this period expires, it will be necessary to generate a new unlock code for security reasons.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Enable channels on your Qapla&#8217; account<\/h3>\n<p>Still in Settings &gt; External Plugins &gt; Chrome Extension &gt; <strong>Channel Configurations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It is necessary to select and then enable the channels you want to query in the Chrome extension.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Languages and Mapping<\/h3>\n<p>In the <b>Languages and Mapping<\/b> section you can customize and enable:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The desired languages for communications.<\/li>\n<li>Country\/Language mapping: associate specific country codes to a default language (e.g., IT=it, GB=en).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>6. Templates and Quick Replies<\/h3>\n<p>You can configure default messages to send to customers based on the status of their shipment. Templates can be set for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exception<\/li>\n<li>Delivered<\/li>\n<li>In transit<\/li>\n<li>Fallback (other statuses)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Usable metavariables<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To customize responses, you can insert the following placeholders that will be automatically replaced by the shipment data:<\/p>\n<p>:customerName:<br \/>\n:status:<br \/>\n:tracking: (link to the Qapla&#8217; tracking page)<br \/>\n:trackingNumber:<br \/>\n:orderNumber:<br \/>\n:courier:<br \/>\n:shippingAddress:<\/p>\n<h3>7.
