{"id":9101,"date":"2025-11-14T17:06:19","date_gmt":"2025-11-14T16:06:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.qapla.it\/?p=9101"},"modified":"2025-12-01T09:27:22","modified_gmt":"2025-12-01T08:27:22","slug":"fedex-integrator-print-labels","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/help.qapla.it\/en\/fedex-integrator-print-labels\/","title":{"rendered":"FedEx Integrator Print Labels"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Manage your FedEx shipments in Qapla\u2019<\/h2>\n<p>For FedEx, the integration is available which allows for label printing directly on <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.qapla.io\/\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Qapla\u2019<\/strong><\/a> and the tracking of shipments managed with the courier.<\/p>\n<p>To configure the courier, you will need to follow the steps described below.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NOTE: <\/strong>If the FedEx module is not included in your plan, purchase it from the store or add it to your account to enable the generation of FedEx shipments.<\/p>\n<h3>1. Initial Data and FedEx Account Registration<\/h3>\n<p>It is necessary to retrieve the FedEx Customer code\/Account number.<br \/>\nIf you do not know this data, it is recommended to log in to your FedEx account (personal area) where your Account Number is always visible. FedEx Code Registration<\/h3>\n<p>The &#8220;Register Account&#8221; button allows you to proceed with the FedEx validation, which requires the following steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Acceptance of FedEx EULA Terms<\/strong>: You must scroll through the document to enable the checkbox \u201cI have read and accept the terms of the FedEx EULA agreement.\u201d<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sender Information<\/strong>: Enter the exact personal\/company details here with which the contract was registered on the FedEx portal.\n<ul>\n<li>Customer Name<\/li>\n<li>Nation<\/li>\n<li>Street, Square, and Number<\/li>\n<li>City<\/li>\n<li>Postal Code<\/li>\n<li>Province<\/li>\n<li><b>Residential address:<\/b> Check this <b>only and exclusively<\/b> if the address is <i>residential<\/i>. It is disabled by default.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Validation Method<\/strong>: During the account registration phase on the FedEx portal, an email and a phone number are provided which will be used during the two-factor authentication phase. By clicking the &#8220;Next&#8221; button, Qapla\u2019 contacts FedEx, providing the entered data to begin the registration process.<br \/>\nPossible choice between one of the following options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>OTP<\/strong> (6-digit code).<br \/>\nIf this option is chosen, it in turn requires the selection of one of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Email<\/li>\n<li>SMS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Validation with invoice<\/strong>: validation that occurs by entering data related to any invoice for the entered account number from the last 90 days. Here, it requires:\n<ul>\n<li>Invoice number<\/li>\n<li>Invoice date<\/li>\n<li>Currency<\/li>\n<li>Invoice amount (total)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Validation<br \/>\n<\/strong>This step concludes the data validation and the method previously chosen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Registration Confirmation<br \/>\n<\/strong>Final registration confirmation screen from FedEx.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>3. Label Generation Settings<\/h3>\n<p>Proceed with the courier configuration by going to your Qapla&#8217; account: Settings &gt; Channels &gt; [Channel Name] &#8220;Configure&#8221; &gt; Couriers &gt; <strong>FedEx<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Insert and configure the following fields:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Generate Shipments: <\/b>Enable to activate label generation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shipping Charge<\/strong>: Allows you to select who to charge the shipping costs to by default.<br \/>\nIt will be possible to choose an option different from the default setting during order editing, before proceeding with generation.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recipient<\/li>\n<li>Sender<\/li>\n<li>Third Party.<br \/>\nIf this option is chosen, an additional field opens to be populated:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Third-party shipping charge account<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>TIN Type: <\/strong>For FedEx, this is the tax identification code and its type. The allowed types are:\n<ul>\n<li>PERSONAL NATIONAL<\/li>\n<li>PERSONAL STATE<\/li>\n<li>FEDERAL<\/li>\n<li>BUSINESS NATIONAL<\/li>\n<li>BUSINESS STATE<\/li>\n<li><strong>BUSINESS UNION:<\/strong> generally the most used option.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>EORI Code <\/strong>(Economic Operator Registration and Identification)<strong>: <\/strong>the merchant&#8217;s tax identification number.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Services: <\/strong>Choose which services to display and use during generation.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Service code (national shipments)<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>FedEx\u00ae First<\/li>\n<li>FedEx\u00ae Priority Express<\/li>\n<li>FedEx\u00ae Priority<\/li>\n<li>FedEx\u00ae Economy<\/li>\n<li>FedEx\u00ae Priority Express Freight<\/li>\n<li>FedEx\u00ae Priority Freight<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Service code (international shipments)<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>FedEx International Economy\u00ae<\/li>\n<li>FedEx International First\u00ae<\/li>\n<li>FedEx International Priority\u00ae<\/li>\n<li>FedEx\u00ae International Connect Plus<\/li>\n<li>FedEx\u00ae Regional Economy<\/li>\n<li>FedEx International Priority\u00ae Express<\/li>\n<li>FedEx\u00ae Regional Economy Freight<\/li>\n<li>FedEx International Priority\u00ae Freight<\/li>\n<li>FedEx International Economy\u00ae Freighttin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Freight Transport Services (Freight)<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Include packing list: Allows including a packing list. For more details on whether to use this option, it is recommended to contact your FedEx representative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Customs: <\/strong>Select the default charge for customs duties.<br \/>\nIt will be possible to choose an option different from the default setting during order editing, before proceeding with generation. Options include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recipient<\/li>\n<li>Sender<\/li>\n<li>Third Party<br \/>\nIf this option is chosen, an additional field opens to be populated:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Account number for third-party customs charge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Customs codes<\/strong>: Allows setting a default customs code that is applied to the item line, field related to the customs code (HS Code).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Paperless<\/strong>: Function to manage customs documents. ETD, Electronic Trade Documents for international non-EU shipments and also for domestic shipments from GB.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Accessory Services. <\/strong>Here you will find the following options:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pickup Type<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>USE SCHEDULED PICKUP: Option for those who have already scheduled a fixed pickup or other methods with the courier.<\/li>\n<li>CONTACT FEDEX TO SCHEDULE: Choice to request pickup during transmission.<\/li>\n<li>DROPOFF AT THE FEDEX LOCATION: Option that allows the merchant to take shipments to a FedEx PUDO for pickup.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Signature request<\/strong>: Choose the request for a signature confirming receipt from the recipient.<br \/>\nIt will be possible to choose an option different from the default setting during order editing, before proceeding with generation.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ADULT<\/li>\n<li>DIRECT<\/li>\n<li>INDIRECT<\/li>\n<li>NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED<\/li>\n<li>SERVICE DEFAULT<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pickup Booking<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Pickup time: Start time<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"col-2\">Closing time: End time<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>Transmission time: Time the pickup request is sent to the courier, usually a few hours after the closing time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Activate single pickup request with daily queue: To send only one pickup request for the day.
