Connect eBay with Qapla\u2019<\/h2>\n

1. Select the Marketplace<\/h3>\n

Log in to your Qapla\u2019 account and go to Settings > Channels > [Channel Name] > Marketplace<\/strong>.
Choose eBay and click \u00abSelect<\/strong>\u00bb at the bottom.<\/p>\n

2. Authorization on eBay<\/h3>\n

Next, click \u00abRequest authorization from eBay<\/strong>\u00bb to allow the connection between the marketplace and Qapla\u2019.
You\u2019ll be redirected to the eBay login page \u2014 sign in with your eBay credentials.
A page will open where you must click \u00abI agree<\/strong>\u00bb to complete the authorization process.<\/p>\n

3. Activate Import and Update<\/h3>\n

Once the authorization is complete, return to your Qapla\u2019 panel to enable order import and automatic update options.
After enabling your preferred settings, click \u00abUpdate<\/b>\u00bb.<\/p>\n

It is also recommended to verify the connection through a manual import in Labels > Create > Manual Import.<\/p>\n

The countries supported by this integration are: AE, AT, AU, BE, BG, BH, BR, CA, CH, CL, CY, CZ, DE, DK, EE, ES, FI, FR, GB, GR, GT, HK, HR, HU, IC, IE, IL, IS, JP, KG, KR, KZ, LU, LV, ME, MT, MZ, NL, NO, NZ, PE, PL, PR, PT, RO, RS, RU, SE, SI, SK, TH, TR, US.<\/p>\n

Connection Issues?
If you received an error message related to the eBay connection, or if you experience issues importing or updating orders, follow these steps:<\/p>\n

Go to Settings > Channels > [Channel Name] > Marketplace > eBay<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Uncheck the \u00abActivate<\/b>\u00bb button and click \u00abUpdate<\/b>\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Refresh the page and re-enter the marketplace configuration section.<\/p>\n

Repeat the connection and authorization <\/strong>process following the steps above.<\/p>\n

Once the process is complete, wait a few minutes<\/strong> for the connection to be established, then perform a manual import or update test<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
