Connecting Cdiscount with Qapla\u2019<\/h2>\n

To connect Cdiscount (Octopia) with Qapla\u2019, you need to follow the steps described below.<\/p>\n

1. Request for Enablement and Delegation on Cdiscount<\/h3>\n

Log in to your Cdiscount Octopia account<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Go to Help Center <\/strong>> Join the support center<\/strong>, and click \u00abEmail Support<\/strong>\u00bb.<\/p>\n

From there, you can create an API ticket by selecting Type: API and Sub-Type: API REST Access, then click \u00abNew Case<\/strong>\u00bb.<\/p>\n

\nSubmit the delegation request as follows:<\/p>\n

Subject of your inquiry<\/strong><\/em>: Delegation<\/em>
\nDetail of your inquiry:<\/strong> I allowed the Qapla’ srl to act on my account xxxxxx (inserire il SELLER ID cliente) in production.<\/em><\/p>\n

Click \u00abSave<\/strong>\u00bb.<\/p>\n

\nThe ticket response from Cdiscount will confirm the enablement and delegation.<\/p>\n

2. Marketplace Selection<\/h3>\n

Once you receive the response, complete the connection in Qapla\u2019.
\nLog in to your Qapla\u2019 account, and go to Settings > Channels > Channel Name > Marketplace<\/strong>.
\nSelect Cdiscount<\/strong>, and click \u00abSelect<\/strong>\u00bb at the bottom.<\/p>\n

3. Configuration and Activation<\/h3>\n

Go to the marketplace configuration to enter the Seller ID.
\nIn the same section, you can activate automatic import and updates.<\/p>\n
