Create a CSV file<\/h3>\n<p>The file in CSV format (a text file separated by\u00a0 \u00a0<strong>;\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong>&#8220;semicolon&#8221;) can be uploaded in two different formats:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>a &#8220;minimum&#8221; file with only 3 mandatory fields (Courier Code, tracking Number and Shipment Date):\n<div class=\"center mTop10\"><a href=\"http:\/\/help.qapla.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/File-CSV-minimo.csv\" class=\"gray\">download example file<\/a><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>a more complete file with always the first 3 mandatory fields, but containing more information (Name and Surname, Reference, Email):<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/help.qapla.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/File-CSV-completo.csv\">download example file<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Additional information in the complete file is used for additional services such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Transactional Emails<\/li>\n<li>Ticket<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The necessary fields to enable these services are the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Name and Surname<\/li>\n<li>Reference<\/li>\n<li>Email<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"mb-3\">2. Upload the file on Qapla&#8217;<\/h3>\n<div class=\"container-main-area containerCenter\">\n<div class=\"container-instructions\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-4\">\n<p>Enter the file on Qapla\u2019s panel, going on the tracking home and clicking on the gear icon: Import &gt; <label class=\"form-check-label label-file-import\" for=\"check-import-ship\">Import from CSV file<\/label><label class=\"form-check-label\" for=\"check-import1\">.<\/label><\/p>\n<p>You will have to select the channel where you want to import the shipments. To proceed, please click on &#8220;Start import&#8221;.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>List of CSV fields<\/h3>\n<p>The file consists of the following fields (fields with &#8220;*&#8221; are mandatory, whereas those ones indicated with &#8220;\u00ba&#8221; are necessary to activate additional services such as Transactional Emails and Tickets):<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Courier Code<sup>*\u00a0<\/sup>(<a href=\"https:\/\/api.qapla.dev\/1.3\/#courier\">courier code list)<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Tracking Number<sup>*<\/sup><\/li>\n<li>Shipping Date (YYYY-MM-DD)<sup>*<\/sup><\/li>\n<li>Reference<sup>\u00b0<\/sup><\/li>\n<li>Order Date (YYYY-MM-DD)<\/li>\n<li>Name and Surname\u00b0<\/li>\n<li>Address<\/li>\n<li>City<\/li>\n<li>Zip Code<\/li>\n<li>Province<\/li>\n<li>Country<\/li>\n<li>Email<sup>\u00b0<\/sup><\/li>\n<li>Telephone Number<\/li>\n<li>Representative agent<sup>1<\/sup><\/li>\n<li>Amount<sup>2<\/sup><\/li>\n<li>POD<sup>3<\/sup><\/li>\n<li>Custom 1<sup>4<\/sup><\/li>\n<li>Custom 2<sup>4<\/sup><\/li>\n<li>Custom 3<sup>4<\/sup><\/li>\n<li>Notes<sup>5<\/sup><\/li>\n<li>Delivery Date (YYYY-MM-DD)<sup>6<\/sup><\/li>\n<li>Tag<sup>7<\/sup><\/li>\n<li>Origin<sup>8<\/sup><\/li>\n<li>Packages<\/li>\n<li>Weight<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><sup>1<\/sup>Email address of the client&#8217;s commercial contact<br \/>\n<sup>2<\/sup>Possible amount of the shipment (to communicate to the client.
