Connect Incomedia with Qapla\u2019<\/h2>\n

To connect Incomedia with Qapla\u2019, follow these steps:<\/p>\n

1. Obtain the Qapla\u2019 Private API Key<\/h3>\n

Copy the value you find under the “Private API Key” field in Qapla\u2019:
\nSettings > Channels > [Channel Name] > Configure > Channel.<\/p>\n

2. Request the Connection<\/h3>\n

Send the Private API Key to your contact person or to Incomedia\u2019s support team.
\nRequest the connection and the activation of order or shipment import through Qapla\u2019 APIs<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

3. Request the Activation of Updates<\/h3>\n

To update the status of your orders or to insert the tracking number and retrieve tracking information, we recommend using webhooks<\/a>.<\/strong>
\nThe service can be configured by going to Updates > Webhook<\/strong>.
