{"id":8287,"date":"2025-08-02T11:31:56","date_gmt":"2025-08-02T09:31:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.qapla.it\/?p=8287"},"modified":"2025-09-18T15:46:37","modified_gmt":"2025-09-18T13:46:37","slug":"import-shipments-from-brt-ftps","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/help.qapla.it\/en\/import-shipments-from-brt-ftps\/","title":{"rendered":"Import shipments from BRT FTPS"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>How to import shipments from BRT FTPS<\/h2>\n<p>This procedure lets you automatically import shipments into Qapla\u2019 by fetching them from BRT\u2019s FTPS.<\/p>\n<h3>Enablement request to BRT<\/h3>\n<p>To activate the service, ask your BRT account contact to enable and grant access to<strong> BRT FTPS ftps.brt.it<\/strong>, specifying that shipments will be sent in the format: <strong>FNVAB00T<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Also request:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Login<\/li>\n<li>Password<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Configuration<\/h3>\n<p>In the Qapla\u2019 panel go to:<br \/>\nSettings &gt; Channels &gt; [Channel Name] &gt; Configure &gt; Import &gt; Shipments &gt; BRT &gt; <strong>BRT Import<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Enter the credentials provided by BRT: Login and Password.<br \/>\nClick \u201cInsert\u201d to save.<\/p>\n<p>Once the configuration is complete, Qapla\u2019 will import shipments<strong> every day at 09:00<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Missing data in the BRT FTPS import<\/h3>\n<p>The direct import from BRT <strong>does not include the final customer\u2019s email address<\/strong>, even if provided when generating the shipment.<\/p>\n<p>To complete the missing information, Qapla\u2019 can connect to the e-commerce platform integrated via webservice.<br \/>\nThis function is available only for platforms connected via direct webservice.
