Initial Configuration<\/h3>\n<p>Before creating templates, you need to set the sender correctly.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Configure the Mail Server (SMTP)<\/strong>: Proper SMTP setup is essential for sending emails. This configuration, including SPF and DKIM records to ensure maximum deliverability, is a crucial technical step. Creating &amp; Managing Templates with Q\u2019editor<\/h3>\n<p>Once the server is configured, you can start creating your templates.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Choose Status, Language, and Model<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>In Transactional Email Management, you\u2019ll see the 9 standard shipment statuses (e.g., Partito, In Consegna, Consegnato).<\/li>\n<li>Click \u201cSettings\u201d on the status you want to configure.<\/li>\n<li>Choose the language for which to create the template. If you sell internationally, it\u2019s good practice to create at least one template in Italian and one in English.<\/li>\n<li>You can also differentiate templates by \u201cModel\u201d, i.e., the sales channel the order comes from (e.g., Prestashop, eBay). If you prefer a single setup, choose \u201cAll\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start from the Right Template<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>Click \u201cCreate new\u201d to open a gallery with 50+ starter templates.<\/li>\n<li>You can start from a Blank Template or pick a ready-made one to customize.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Set Layout and Subject<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>In the &#8220;Settings&#8221; tab, define general options such as body width (recommended: 500px), background color, and default font.<\/li>\n<li>At the top left, assign an internal name to the template and, most importantly, set the Email Subject. You can use <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/help.qapla.it\/en\/meta-variables-of-qapla\/\" rel=\"noopener\">metavariables<\/a> such as: \u201cYour order [REFERENCE] from [SITE_NAME] has been shipped\u201d to make it dynamic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Content Personalization<\/h3>\n<p>Use the &#8220;Content&#8221; tab on the right to drag elements into the email body.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Modules<\/strong>: The editor is based on sections called Modules. You can drag predefined modules or multi-column layouts and save them as custom to reuse across templates.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Text &amp; Metavariables<br \/>\n<\/strong>See the guide: <strong><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/help.qapla.it\/en\/meta-variables-of-qapla\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Qapla\u2019 Metavariables<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Add elements like Title or Paragraph from the Content tab.<\/li>\n<li>Use Dynamic Fields (metavariables) to personalize messages (e.g., Dear [NAME]).<br \/>\nFor the status icon, use [STATUS_ICON]; for the status name, use [STATUS_NAME].<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dynamic Content<\/strong>: Show text only when certain conditions occur, e.g., for Cash on Delivery (POD) orders or based on a specific carrier (COURIER COURIER_CODE).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Visual Elements<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Images<\/strong>: Drag the Image element. Upload your own images or search a free stock library. Add links to each image to drive to landing pages, promos, or your blog.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Video<\/strong>: Drag the Video element and paste a YouTube or Vimeo URL. The editor will fetch the preview automatically.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Call-to-Action (CTA) &amp; Tracking:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Add a Button.
