{"id":8155,"date":"2025-08-03T16:42:44","date_gmt":"2025-08-03T14:42:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.qapla.it\/?p=8155"},"modified":"2025-09-17T11:28:17","modified_gmt":"2025-09-17T09:28:17","slug":"import-shipments-manually","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/help.qapla.it\/en\/import-shipments-manually\/","title":{"rendered":"Import Shipments Manually"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 data-start=\"120\" data-end=\"144\">Manual Order Import<\/h2>\n<p>Qapla\u2019 allows you to manually import shipments\u2014one at a time\u2014directly from the Qapla\u2019 control panel.<br data-start=\"153\" data-end=\"156\" \/>This option is useful for out-of-flow entries, exceptional cases, or specific shipments to handle individually.<\/p>\n<h3>How to enter a shipment manually<\/h3>\n<p>Go to <strong>Tracking &gt; gear icon &gt; Insert<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Fields available in the entry form \u2013 <strong>required fields<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Channel<\/strong>: select the channel into which to import the shipment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Carrier<\/strong>: select the carrier associated with the shipment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tracking Number<\/strong>: enter the tracking number.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shipping Date<\/strong>: select the shipping date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Optional fields help complete information and enable some services, such as Transactional Emails and Tracking Page:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reference: enter the order ID (reference order).<\/li>\n<li>Customer first and last name: recipient\u2019s name and surname.<\/li>\n<li>Customer email: recipient\u2019s email address.<\/li>\n<li>Address: street and street number of the recipient.<\/li>\n<li>City: destination city.<\/li>\n<li>Customer phone: recipient\u2019s phone number.<\/li>\n<li>ZIP\/Postal code (CAP): enter the postal code.<\/li>\n<li>Province: two-letter province code (e.g., MI for Milan).<\/li>\n<li>Country: destination country in <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/ISO_3166-1_alpha-2\" rel=\"noopener\">ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 forma<\/a>t (e.g., IT).<\/li>\n<li>Order Date: select the order date.<\/li>\n<li>Amount: enter the value.<\/li>\n<li>Agent: a field you can use to add a representative\u2019s name or an email of a contact to associate with the shipment.<\/li>\n<li>Tag: Tags help identify shipments belonging to a group.<\/li>\n<li>Pod (COD): tick if the order is Cash on Delivery.
