Enabling Order Import<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"779\" data-end=\"915\">To enable order import, go to: <strong data-start=\"810\" data-end=\"881\">Settings &gt; Channels &gt; [Channel Name] &gt; Configure &gt; Imports &gt; Orders<\/strong><br data-start=\"881\" data-end=\"884\" \/>Select the desired import mode:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"919\" data-end=\"1066\"><strong data-start=\"919\" data-end=\"933\">Automatic:<\/strong> Qapla\u2019 will query your platform every hour (at :00, e.g., 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, etc.) to import new orders and update existing ones.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1069\" data-end=\"1198\"><strong data-start=\"1069\" data-end=\"1080\">Manual:<\/strong> You can start the import at any time from the <strong data-start=\"1127\" data-end=\"1137\">Labels<\/strong> section by selecting Shopify and clicking <strong data-start=\"1180\" data-end=\"1197\">Manual Import<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1200\" data-end=\"1383\"><strong data-start=\"1200\" data-end=\"1227\">Excluded Order Statuses<\/strong><br data-start=\"1227\" data-end=\"1230\" \/>You can exclude specific order statuses from import (in addition to those excluded by default), customizing the workflow based on your operational needs.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1385\" data-end=\"1982\"><strong data-start=\"1385\" data-end=\"1446\">Custom Payment Statuses for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders<\/strong><br data-start=\"1446\" data-end=\"1449\" \/>Some CMS platforms allow customizing payment statuses beyond the system defaults.<br data-start=\"1530\" data-end=\"1533\" \/>If you have configured custom payment statuses to identify COD orders, it is essential to inform Qapla\u2019 Customer Care to ensure correct order import management.<br data-start=\"1693\" data-end=\"1696\" \/>If you only use standard statuses, no action is required.<br data-start=\"1753\" data-end=\"1756\" \/><strong>Email <a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" data-start=\"1764\" data-end=\"1780\">support@qapla.it<\/a> listing<\/strong> the exact wording of the <strong>custom payment statuses<\/strong> used for COD. Once Qapla\u2019 Customer Care confirms the setup, orders with those payment statuses will automatically be recognized as COD orders.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1984\" data-end=\"2074\"><strong data-start=\"1984\" data-end=\"2005\">Advanced Settings<\/strong><br data-start=\"2005\" data-end=\"2008\" \/>Within <strong data-start=\"2015\" data-end=\"2035\">Imports &gt; Orders<\/strong>, you can enable the following options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2078\" data-end=\"2101\">Import product images<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2104\" data-end=\"2119\">Import weight<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2121\" data-end=\"2247\"><strong data-start=\"2121\" data-end=\"2146\">Pre-assigned Couriers<\/strong><br data-start=\"2146\" data-end=\"2149\" \/>You can automatically import the pre-assigned courier from Shopify.<br data-start=\"2216\" data-end=\"2219\" \/>To configure this correctly:<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"2249\" data-end=\"2899\">\n<li data-start=\"2249\" data-end=\"2377\">\n<p data-start=\"2252\" data-end=\"2377\">Check orders in Shopify to analyze the field <strong data-start=\"2297\" data-end=\"2345\">shipping_lines &gt; carrier_identifier &gt; &#8220;code&#8221;<\/strong> (you can use <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/wstest.it\/\" rel=\"noopener\">WS Test<\/a><\/span>).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2378\" data-end=\"2526\">\n<p data-start=\"2381\" data-end=\"2526\">Each value in the<strong> Code<\/strong>\u00a0field corresponds to the courier code that must be associated with the couriers available on your channel\/account.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2527\" data-end=\"2756\">\n<p data-start=\"2530\" data-end=\"2756\">Enter the courier code in the <strong data-start=\"2560\" data-end=\"2580\">Transcoding Code<\/strong> field in the courier configuration section. If you want to associate multiple courier codes, enter them separated by <strong>commas with no spaces<\/strong>. Example: &#8220;BARTOLINI,BRT,BRT-IT&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2757\" data-end=\"2899\">\n<p data-start=\"2760\" data-end=\"2899\"><strong>Write<\/strong> to <strong data-start=\"2769\" data-end=\"2789\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" data-start=\"2771\" data-end=\"2787\">support@qapla.it<\/a><\/strong> to complete the configuration, sending the channel name, all codes, and the courier to associate them with.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-start=\"2901\" data-end=\"3139\">On the next import, orders will be associated with the correct courier.<br data-start=\"2972\" data-end=\"2975\" \/>We recommend verifying the actual import and correct courier assignment on one or more orders after saving the configuration to ensure the value mapping is correct.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3141\" data-end=\"3215\"><strong data-start=\"3141\" data-end=\"3163\">Set Default Weight<\/strong><br data-start=\"3163\" data-end=\"3166\" \/>Set a default weight to apply to imported orders.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3217\" data-end=\"3312\"><strong data-start=\"3217\" data-end=\"3250\">Set Default Number of Parcels<\/strong><br data-start=\"3250\" data-end=\"3253\" \/>Define a default number of parcels for each imported order.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3319\" data-end=\"3351\">5. Updating Orders on Shopify<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3353\" data-end=\"3514\">To enable automatic updates on Shopify, go to: Settings &gt; Channels &gt; [Channel Name] &gt; Configure &gt; Updates &gt; E-commerce<br data-start=\"3475\" data-end=\"3478\" \/>Enable the available update options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"3516\" data-end=\"3803\">\n<p data-start=\"3518\" data-end=\"3531\"><strong data-start=\"3518\" data-end=\"3529\">Shipped<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"3536\" data-end=\"3599\">Update the order to \u201cshipped\u201d when the shipment is trackable.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3604\" data-end=\"3803\">Update the order to \u201cshipped\u201d when the goods are actually in the courier\u2019s hands (Qapla\u2019 statuses: Departed, In transit, Out for delivery).<br data-start=\"3743\" data-end=\"3746\" \/>Both updates also include entering the tracking number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3807\" data-end=\"4165\"><strong data-start=\"3807\" data-end=\"3827\">Location <\/strong>(site)<strong data-start=\"3807\" data-end=\"3827\">:<\/strong> select the Location, a value present on your platform. The dropdown shows all locations automatically read via the platform connection.<br data-start=\"3967\" data-end=\"3970\" \/>If your Shopify store uses multiple Locations, we recommend creating a separate Qapla\u2019 channel for each and selecting the specific Location.<br data-start=\"4112\" data-end=\"4115\" \/>Only one Location can be associated per channel.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4169\" data-end=\"4316\"><strong data-start=\"4169\" data-end=\"4203\">Update with shipment statuses:<\/strong> allows updating the order on Shopify with the shipment\u2019s progress status.<br data-start=\"4277\" data-end=\"4280\" \/>The update occurs via webhook.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"4318\" data-end=\"4497\"><strong data-start=\"4318\" data-end=\"4330\">Example:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4318\" data-end=\"4497\"><a href=\"http:\/\/help.qapla.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Aggiorna-con-stati-avanzamento-spedizione.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-7791\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qapla.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Aggiorna-con-stati-avanzamento-spedizione-1024x766.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"980\" height=\"733\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.qapla.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Aggiorna-con-stati-avanzamento-spedizione-1024x766.png 1024w, https:\/\/help.qapla.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Aggiorna-con-stati-avanzamento-spedizione-300x224.png 300w, https:\/\/help.qapla.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Aggiorna-con-stati-avanzamento-spedizione-768x574.png 768w, https:\/\/help.qapla.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Aggiorna-con-stati-avanzamento-spedizione-60x45.png 60w, https:\/\/help.qapla.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Aggiorna-con-stati-avanzamento-spedizione-150x112.png 150w, https:\/\/help.qapla.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Aggiorna-con-stati-avanzamento-spedizione.png 1213w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 980px) 100vw, 980px\" \/><\/a><br data-start=\"4330\" data-end=\"4333\" \/><strong data-start=\"4333\" data-end=\"4374\">Mapping Shipment Statuses on Shopify:<\/strong> allows remapping certain shipment statuses so that they are updated on Shopify with a status different from the default.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>10 \u2013 Pickup Point: select the status from the dropdown.<\/li>\n<li>95 \u2013 Returned: select the status from the dropdown.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">WARNING: \u201cPicked Up\u201d and \u201cReady to Pick up,\u201d according to Shopify, appear to relate to in-store pickup and therefore cannot be used for pickup points (such as pickup by the recipient).<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"4818\" data-end=\"4848\">6.
