Enable order import<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"731\" data-end=\"835\">To <strong>enable order import<\/strong>, go to:<br data-start=\"761\" data-end=\"764\" \/>Settings &gt; Channels &gt; [Channel Name] &gt; Configure &gt; Imports &gt;<strong data-start=\"764\" data-end=\"835\"> Orders<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"837\" data-end=\"868\">Select the desired import mode:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"872\" data-end=\"1024\"><strong data-start=\"872\" data-end=\"886\">Automatic:<\/strong> Qapla\u2019 will query your platform every hour (on the hour, e.g., 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, etc.) to import new orders and update existing ones.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1027\" data-end=\"1179\"><strong data-start=\"1027\" data-end=\"1038\">Manual:<\/strong> You can start the import anytime from the <strong data-start=\"1081\" data-end=\"1091\">Labels<\/strong> section by selecting Storeden (TeamSystem Commerce) and clicking <strong>Manual import<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-start=\"1186\" data-end=\"1220\">Excluded statuses from import<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1221\" data-end=\"1362\">You can exclude specific order statuses from import (in addition to those excluded by default), tailoring the flow to your operational needs.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"1369\" data-end=\"1424\">Custom payment statuses for Cash on Delivery (COD)<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1425\" data-end=\"1763\">Some CMS platforms allow you to customize payment statuses beyond the system\u2019s standard ones.<br data-start=\"1518\" data-end=\"1521\" \/>If you\u2019ve configured custom payment statuses to identify COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, it\u2019s essential to notify Qapla\u2019 Customer Care to ensure correct order import handling.<br data-start=\"1703\" data-end=\"1706\" \/>If you only use standard statuses, no action is required.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1765\" data-end=\"1991\"><strong>Email <a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" data-start=\"1773\" data-end=\"1789\">support@qapla.it<\/a> listing<\/strong> the exact names of the <strong>custom payment statuses<\/strong> used for COD.<br data-start=\"1860\" data-end=\"1863\" \/>Once Qapla\u2019 Customer Care confirms the setup, orders with these payment statuses will automatically be recognized as COD orders.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1998\" data-end=\"2019\">Advanced Settings<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2020\" data-end=\"2088\">Within \u201cImports &gt; Orders\u201d, you can enable the following options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2092\" data-end=\"2119\">Import product images<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2122\" data-end=\"2141\">Import weight<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2144\" data-end=\"2222\"><strong data-start=\"2144\" data-end=\"2167\">Set default weight:<\/strong> define a default weight to apply to imported orders.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2225\" data-end=\"2319\"><strong data-start=\"2225\" data-end=\"2259\">Set default number of parcels:<\/strong> define a default number of parcels for each imported order.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2326\" data-end=\"2372\">5. Update the order on TeamSystem Commerce<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2374\" data-end=\"2510\">To enable automatic updates on TeamSystem Commerce, go to:<br data-start=\"2432\" data-end=\"2435\" \/>Settings &gt; Channels &gt; [Channel Name] &gt; Configure &gt; Updates &gt; E-commerce<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2512\" data-end=\"2548\">Enable the available update options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2552\" data-end=\"2624\">Update the order to \u201cShipped\u201d when the shipment becomes trackable.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2627\" data-end=\"2696\">Update the order to \u201cDelivered\u201d when the shipment is delivered.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2699\" data-end=\"2861\">Update the order to \u201cShipped\u201d when the goods are physically handed to the carrier (statuses recognized by Qapla\u2019: Departed, In transit, Out for delivery).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2864\" data-end=\"2966\">Do not update to \u201cDelivered\u201d when the shipment is returned to the sender, but update instead to:\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2971\" data-end=\"2992\">Pending Payment [0]<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2997\" data-end=\"3013\">Order Paid [1]<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3018\" data-end=\"3035\">Preparation [2]<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3040\" data-end=\"3050\">Sent [3]<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3055\" data-end=\"3070\">Delivered [4]<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3075\" data-end=\"3087\">Closed [5]<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3092\" data-end=\"3113\">Archive\/Deleted [6]<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3118\" data-end=\"3131\">Aborted [7]<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3136\" data-end=\"3151\">AfterSale [8]<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3154\" data-end=\"3230\">Tracking: update shipments on Storeden by inserting the Tracking Number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"3237\" data-end=\"3266\">6.
