{"id":7064,"date":"2025-08-03T18:20:47","date_gmt":"2025-08-03T16:20:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.qapla.it\/?p=7064"},"modified":"2025-09-23T15:39:12","modified_gmt":"2025-09-23T13:39:12","slug":"instant-messaging-sms","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/help.qapla.it\/en\/instant-messaging-sms\/","title":{"rendered":"Instant Messaging: SMS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"160\" data-end=\"389\"><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/cp.qapla.it\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Qapla\u2019<\/a> allows you to enable SMS updates for your customers, providing real-time tracking information for each shipment automatically.<br \/>\nSending SMS notifications with tracking information keeps customers informed and engaged throughout the delivery process.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"391\" data-end=\"404\">SMS Costs<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"406\" data-end=\"466\">Transactional SMS is billed on a monthly pay-per-use basis:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"468\" data-end=\"534\">\n<li data-start=\"468\" data-end=\"499\">\n<p data-start=\"470\" data-end=\"499\">\u20ac0.06 each for national SMS<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"500\" data-end=\"534\">\n<p data-start=\"502\" data-end=\"534\">\u20ac0.15 each for international SMS<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"536\" data-end=\"582\">SMS Configuration and Activation on Qapla\u2019<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"584\" data-end=\"646\">To activate SMS, go to:<br data-start=\"607\" data-end=\"610\" \/>Marketing &gt; [Channel Name] &gt; <strong data-start=\"610\" data-end=\"646\">SMS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"648\" data-end=\"662\">Settings:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"666\" data-end=\"731\"><strong data-start=\"666\" data-end=\"680\">ACTIVE SMS<\/strong>: enable this option to activate SMS notifications.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"666\" data-end=\"731\"><strong data-start=\"734\" data-end=\"748\">Amazon SMS<\/strong>: if you manage orders from Amazon, you can enable this option to send SMS to Amazon customers.<br data-start=\"843\" data-end=\"846\" \/><strong data-start=\"851\" data-end=\"862\">WARNING<\/strong>: sending communications to Amazon customers is your responsibility. Amazon policies prohibit sending links or contacts outside the Amazon network.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1021\" data-end=\"1119\"><strong data-start=\"1021\" data-end=\"1034\">Sender ID<\/strong>: field to enter the name that will appear as the SMS sender (maximum 11 characters).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1021\" data-end=\"1119\"><strong>Message Text:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1021\" data-end=\"1119\"><strong>Language filter<\/strong> and options to customize the SMS text in the following languages:\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1021\" data-end=\"1119\">\u00a0Italian<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1021\" data-end=\"1119\">English<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1021\" data-end=\"1119\">German<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1021\" data-end=\"1119\">French<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1021\" data-end=\"1119\">Spanish<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1021\" data-end=\"1119\">Portuguese<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1021\" data-end=\"1119\">Czech<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1021\" data-end=\"1119\">Romanian<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1021\" data-end=\"1119\">Hungarian<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1021\" data-end=\"1119\"><strong>Status<\/strong>: select the shipment statuses for which SMS will be sent.
