margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\"><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Webhook\" rel=\"noopener\">Webhook<\/a> is<\/span>\u00a0a notification sent to a URL of your choice whenever a specific event occurs.<br data-start=\"128\" data-end=\"131\" \/>Webhooks are useful for integration with third-party services and other external APIs that support them.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"237\" data-end=\"280\"><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.qapla.it\/?utm_source=help&amp;utm_medium=referral&amp;utm_campaign=webhook\" rel=\"noopener\">Qapla\u2019<\/a> has two types of webhooks:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"282\" data-end=\"328\">\n<li data-start=\"282\" data-end=\"307\">\n<p data-start=\"284\" data-end=\"307\"><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/webhook.qapla.dev\/en\/#shipments\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong data-start=\"284\" data-end=\"305\">Shipments Webhook<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"308\" data-end=\"328\">\n<p data-start=\"310\" data-end=\"328\"><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/webhook.qapla.dev\/en\/#orders\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong data-start=\"310\" data-end=\"328\">Orders Webhook<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"330\" data-end=\"600\">To use the APIs, you must retrieve the <strong data-start=\"365\" data-end=\"385\">Private API Keys<\/strong> assigned to your channel(s).<br data-start=\"414\" data-end=\"417\" \/>These can be found in the <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/cp.qapla.it\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Control Panel<\/a> under:<br data-start=\"463\" data-end=\"466\" \/>Settings &gt; to &#8220;delivered.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"855\" data-end=\"1006\">To activate the shipment tracking webhook, go to:<br data-start=\"905\" data-end=\"908\" \/>Settings &gt; Channels [Channel Name] &gt; Configure &gt; Updates &gt; Webhook &gt;<strong data-start=\"908\" data-end=\"1006\"> Notification webhook for shipments tracking<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1008\" data-end=\"1026\">Fill in the following fields:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1030\" data-end=\"1074\"><strong>Activation<\/strong>: enable by checking the &#8220;Enable&#8221; to &#8220;Print&#8221; stage, thus creating the shipment)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1980\" data-end=\"2102\"><strong data-start=\"1980\" data-end=\"1999\">On transmission<\/strong>, when the created shipments are transmitted (final &#8220;Transmit&#8221; stage \u2014 the data is sent to the carrier)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2104\" data-end=\"2259\">To configure the shipment generation webhook, go to:<br data-start=\"2156\" data-end=\"2159\" \/>Settings &gt;
