Introduction<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Multi account users <\/strong>can be created in order to associate a user with multiple companies and log in on different Qapla\u2019<\/a><\/strong> accounts.<\/p>\n

<\/h2>\n

Creation of the multi account user<\/strong><\/h2>\n

To create a multi account user, an email address must be present as user at least on one Qapla’ account, then it will be possible to receive invitations from other companies as well.
\nYou can find here below the steps to create this kind of user:<\/p>\n

1.<\/strong> Creation of the user <\/strong>by the\u00a0 merchant, logging in to her\/his own Qapla’ account and going to the section Settings > Users > “Add User”. This procedure requires to enter the user’s Name and Email and also the selection of the channel\/channels to access.<\/p>\n

2.<\/strong> Selection of the user’s profile type<\/strong>.
\nThe multi account user will be able to have different profiles, according to the profile typology selected by the merchant.<\/p>\n

3.<\/strong> An invitation link<\/strong> will be sent to the email address entered for the creation, in order to log-in to the merchant’s account. The invitation link is valid for 7 days. If it expires, the merchant can renew the invitation and the user can request the invitation, to extend its validity for other 7 days.<\/p>\n

Invitation confirmation and use<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Once accepted the email invitation, when the user logs in (s)he will see a panel with all the accounts that (s)he can access.
\nClicking on one of those companies (s)he will log in to the account desired.
\nWith the orange button in the upper left corner “Q” (s)he can return to this screen in order to change the account to access.<\/p>\n
