Import &gt; Orders you will find the panel to manage the rules.<\/p>\n<p>This feature is enabled only for channels which have at least 2 active carriers to create labels.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The courier can be assigned according to one or more of these parameters:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Order weight<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amount of Payment on Delivery<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Destination post-code<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Examples of rules:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">orders heavier than 5kg to be assigned to Fedex<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">orders with an COD amount higher than 100 \u20ac to be assigned to SDA<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">orders lighter than 2kg and with a post-code included between 10000 and 20000 to be assigned to BRT<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>Rules configuration<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>The rules to be configured have to be set on <span style=\"color: #ff6931;\"><strong><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.qapla.it\/en\/?utm_source=help&amp;utm_medium=referral&amp;utm_campaign=carriers-assignment-rules\" rel=\"noopener\">Qapla&#8217;<\/a><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0 here:<br \/>\nChannels &gt; [Channel name] &gt; Configure &gt; 5. Imports &gt; Orders<\/p>\n<h3><strong>1. Set-up a default carrier<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">First you shall choose a default courier f<\/span>or each country (at the moment the rules can be set only for Italy or Spain).<\/p>\n<p>This will be the default rule, that will be applied if no other rule is met.<\/p>\n<p>The default rule cannot be deleted when there are other rules for the same country, but the courier of the default rule can be changed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. Set-up the rules<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Then the customized rules can be configured for the country:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Give a name and a courier to the rule<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Choose one of the conditions and fill out the conditional value<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/help.qapla.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/example-rule-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5767\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qapla.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/example-rule-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1553\" height=\"444\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.qapla.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/example-rule-1.png 1553w, https:\/\/help.qapla.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/example-rule-1-300x86.png 300w, https:\/\/help.qapla.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/example-rule-1-1024x293.png 1024w, https:\/\/help.qapla.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/example-rule-1-768x220.png 768w, https:\/\/help.qapla.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/example-rule-1-1536x439.png 1536w, https:\/\/help.qapla.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/example-rule-1-60x17.png 60w, https:\/\/help.qapla.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/example-rule-1-150x43.png 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1553px) 100vw, 1553px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Each rule can have from 1 to 3 conditions, only one condition per parameter or only one condition for WEIGHT, POD amount (Payment On Delivery) or ZIP CODE.<\/p>\n<p>You can enter an unlimited number of rules for each country.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3. Order the rules<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>If two or more rules are met for an order, the last found one will be applied, so it is important to sort the rules with a priority sequence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>N.B.<\/strong> The default rule does remain still on the first place.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>4. Make a test<\/h3>\n<p>Once entered all the rules you can &#8216;test&#8217; the operation with the appropriate tool, entering the values you want to double check.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Attention, please<\/strong>: The r<\/span>ules that use the &#8216;weight&#8217; parameter will be applied only if the weight value is imported at the moment of order import.
