Enable order import<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"259\" data-end=\"395\">To enable order import, go to: <strong data-start=\"290\" data-end=\"361\">Settings &gt; Channels &gt; [Channel Name] &gt; Configure &gt; Imports &gt; Orders<\/strong><br data-start=\"361\" data-end=\"364\" \/>Select the desired import mode:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"397\" data-end=\"681\"><strong data-start=\"397\" data-end=\"411\">Automatic:<\/strong> Qapla\u2019 will query your platform every hour (on the hour, e.g., 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, etc.) to import new orders and update existing ones.<br data-start=\"547\" data-end=\"550\" \/><strong data-start=\"550\" data-end=\"561\">Manual:<\/strong> you can start the import at any time from the <strong data-start=\"608\" data-end=\"618\">Labels<\/strong> section, selecting <strong data-start=\"638\" data-end=\"646\">Vtex<\/strong> and clicking on <strong data-start=\"663\" data-end=\"680\">Manual Import<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"683\" data-end=\"862\"><strong data-start=\"683\" data-end=\"722\">Excluded order statuses from import<\/strong><br data-start=\"722\" data-end=\"725\" \/>You can exclude specific order statuses (in addition to those excluded by default), customizing the flow based on your operational needs.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"869\" data-end=\"1296\"><strong data-start=\"869\" data-end=\"923\">Custom payment statuses for Cash on Delivery (COD)<\/strong><br data-start=\"923\" data-end=\"926\" \/>Some CMS platforms allow you to customize payment statuses in addition to the standard ones provided by the system.<br data-start=\"1041\" data-end=\"1044\" \/>If you have configured custom payment statuses to identify Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, it is essential to notify Qapla\u2019 Customer Care to ensure proper management of order imports.<br data-start=\"1234\" data-end=\"1237\" \/>If you only use standard statuses, no action is required.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1298\" data-end=\"1530\">Write to <strong data-start=\"1307\" data-end=\"1327\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" data-start=\"1309\" data-end=\"1325\">support@qapla<\/a><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" data-start=\"1309\" data-end=\"1325\">.it<\/a>\u00a0listing<\/strong> the exact wording of the custom <strong>payment statuses<\/strong> used for COD.<br data-start=\"1399\" data-end=\"1402\" \/>Once Qapla\u2019 Customer Care confirms the setup, orders with these payment statuses will automatically be recognized as COD orders.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1537\" data-end=\"1640\"><strong data-start=\"1537\" data-end=\"1558\">Advanced Settings<\/strong><br data-start=\"1558\" data-end=\"1561\" \/>Within the section\u00a0 &#8220;Import &gt; Orders&#8221;\u00a0you can enable the following options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1644\" data-end=\"1671\">Import product images<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1674\" data-end=\"1693\">Import weight<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1696\" data-end=\"2075\">Import address by concatenating the \u201caddress\u201d + \u201cnumber\u201d fields.<br data-start=\"1764\" data-end=\"1767\" \/>In Vtex, the shipping address can be stored in two ways: a single field or two separate fields.<br data-start=\"1864\" data-end=\"1867\" \/>Enabling this option makes Qapla\u2019 automatically concatenate the \u201caddress\u201d and \u201cnumber\u201d fields to obtain a complete address.<br data-start=\"1992\" data-end=\"1995\" \/>Without this option, Qapla\u2019 imports only the content of the \u201caddress\u201d field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2079\" data-end=\"2160\"><strong data-start=\"2079\" data-end=\"2101\">Set default weight<\/strong><br data-start=\"2101\" data-end=\"2104\" \/>Define a default weight to apply to imported orders.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2164\" data-end=\"2263\"><strong data-start=\"2164\" data-end=\"2197\">Set default number of parcels<\/strong><br data-start=\"2197\" data-end=\"2200\" \/>Define a default number of parcels for each imported order.<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"2270\" data-end=\"2301\">4. Update the order on Vtex<\/strong><br data-start=\"2301\" data-end=\"2304\" \/>To enable automatic order updates on Vtex, go to: Settings &gt; Channels &gt; [Channel Name] &gt; Configure &gt; Updates &gt; E-commerce<br data-start=\"2429\" data-end=\"2432\" \/>Enable the available update options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2472\" data-end=\"2544\">Update the order to \u201cShipped\u201d when the shipment becomes trackable.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2547\" data-end=\"2715\">Update the order to \u201cShipped\u201d when the goods are physically in the hands of the carrier (statuses recognized by Qapla\u2019: Departed, In transit, Out for delivery).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2718\" data-end=\"2787\">Update the order to \u201cDelivered\u201d when the shipment is delivered<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2794\" data-end=\"2810\"><strong data-start=\"2794\" data-end=\"2810\">Not working?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2812\" data-end=\"2980\">Qapla\u2019 uses the official <strong data-start=\"2837\" data-end=\"2865\">Vtex APIs (Web Services)<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"2866\" data-end=\"2869\" \/>If it doesn\u2019t work, we recommend asking the administrator who manages your Vtex site to perform a verification.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Connect Vtex with Qapla&#8217; In order to connect Vtex to Qapla&#8217;, you have to make the following steps: 1.
