Activate order import<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"745\" data-end=\"851\">To activate order import, go to:<br data-start=\"777\" data-end=\"780\" \/><strong data-start=\"780\" data-end=\"851\">Settings &gt; Channels &gt; [Channel Name] &gt; Configure &gt; Imports &gt; Orders<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"853\" data-end=\"884\">Select the desired import mode:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"888\" data-end=\"1035\"><strong data-start=\"888\" data-end=\"902\">Automatic:<\/strong> Qapla\u2019 will query your platform every hour (at .00, e.g., 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, etc.) to import new orders and update existing ones.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1038\" data-end=\"1168\"><strong data-start=\"1038\" data-end=\"1049\">Manual:<\/strong> You can start the import at any time from the <strong data-start=\"1096\" data-end=\"1106\">Labels<\/strong> section by selecting Shopware and clicking <strong data-start=\"1150\" data-end=\"1168\">Manual import.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"1175\" data-end=\"1208\">Excluded statuses from import<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1210\" data-end=\"1414\">You can exclude specific order statuses (in addition to the default excluded ones) to customize the import flow according to your operational needs.<br data-start=\"1358\" data-end=\"1361\" \/>In Shopware, there are <strong data-start=\"1384\" data-end=\"1400\">two statuses<\/strong> for an order:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1418\" data-end=\"1479\"><strong data-start=\"1418\" data-end=\"1437\">General status:<\/strong> defines the overall state of the order.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1482\" data-end=\"1549\"><strong data-start=\"1482\" data-end=\"1505\">Transaction status:<\/strong> defines the transaction state of the order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1551\" data-end=\"1769\">These two statuses are <strong>combined<\/strong> to uniquely identify the condition of an order.<br data-start=\"1630\" data-end=\"1633\" \/>To correctly set the statuses to be excluded from the order import, use the syntax:<br data-start=\"1716\" data-end=\"1719\" \/><code data-start=\"1719\" data-end=\"1753\">generalStatus[transactionStatus]<\/code>, for example:\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0open[refunded_partially]<br \/>\nin_progress[open]<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1551\" data-end=\"1769\">\n<p data-start=\"1822\" data-end=\"1995\">After configuring all exclusions, <strong>make sure the settings are saved and up to date<\/strong>. <strong>Run<\/strong> an <strong>import<\/strong> <strong>test<\/strong> or wait for the next automatic import to verify proper functionality.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2002\" data-end=\"2063\">Custom payment statuses for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2065\" data-end=\"2348\">Some CMS platforms allow you to customize payment statuses in addition to the standard ones.<br data-start=\"2157\" data-end=\"2160\" \/>If you have configured custom payment statuses to identify <strong data-start=\"2219\" data-end=\"2245\">Cash on Delivery (COD)<\/strong> orders, it is essential to inform <strong data-start=\"2280\" data-end=\"2304\">Qapla&#8217; Customer Care, orders with these statuses will be automatically recognized as COD orders.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2648\" data-end=\"2669\">Advanced settings<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2671\" data-end=\"2749\">Within the Imports &gt; Orders section, you can enable the following options:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2751\" data-end=\"2943\">\n<li data-start=\"2751\" data-end=\"2778\">\n<p data-start=\"2753\" data-end=\"2778\">Import product images<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2781\" data-end=\"2850\"><strong>Set default weight<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2781\" data-end=\"2850\">Apply a predefined weight to imported orders.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2853\" data-end=\"2943\"><strong>Set default parcel number\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2853\" data-end=\"2943\">Define a default number of parcels for each imported order.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2950\" data-end=\"2981\">4.
