Connect Maxpho with Qapla\u2019<\/strong><\/h2>\n

To connect Maxpho<\/strong> with Qapla\u2019<\/strong>, follow these steps:<\/p>\n

1. Obtain the Private API Key from Qapla\u2019<\/h3>\n

Copy the value found under Private API Key in Qapla\u2019:
Settings > Channels > [Channel Name] > Configure > Channel<\/p>\n

2. Request the Connection<\/h3>\n

Send your Private API Key to the Maxpho support team at:
supporto@maxpho.com<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Request the connection and the activation of order or shipment import with Maxpho.<\/p>\n

3. Request Activation of the Update<\/h3>\n

To update your order statuses or to insert the tracking number and obtain tracking information, we recommend using webhooks<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

You can configure the service by going to:
Updates > Webhook<\/strong><\/p>\n

Request activation of the service directly from Maxpho.<\/p>\n
