Obtain the access data<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The following access data are needed for the connection:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">URL<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Client ID<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Client Secret<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Scope<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. Enabling order import<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"86\" data-end=\"222\">To enable <strong>order import<\/strong>, go to: Settings &gt; Channels &gt; [Channel Name] &gt; Configure &gt; Imports &gt;<strong data-start=\"117\" data-end=\"188\"> Orders<\/strong><br data-start=\"188\" data-end=\"191\" \/>Select the desired import mode:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong data-start=\"224\" data-end=\"238\">Automatic:<\/strong> Qapla\u2019 will query your platform every hour (on the hour, e.g., 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, etc.) to import new orders and update existing ones.<\/li>\n<li><strong data-start=\"377\" data-end=\"388\">Manual:<\/strong> you can start the import at any time from the <strong data-start=\"435\" data-end=\"445\">Labels<\/strong> section, selecting CommerceLayer and clicking <strong data-start=\"496\" data-end=\"513\">Manual Import<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"516\" data-end=\"549\">Excluded statuses from import<\/strong><br data-start=\"549\" data-end=\"552\" \/>You can exclude specific order statuses from import (in addition to those excluded by default), customizing the workflow based on your operational needs.<\/p>\n<p><b>Advanced Settings<\/b> Inside the &#8220;Imports &gt; Orders&#8221; section you can activate the following options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Import product images<\/li>\n<li>Field to import as order reference: allows selecting which CommerceLayer field to use as <b>Order Reference<\/b> in Qapla&#8217;. The available options are:\n<ul>\n<li>&#8220;number&#8221; attribute of the &#8220;shipment&#8221; object<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;number&#8221; attribute of the &#8220;order&#8221; object<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;reference&#8221; attribute of the &#8220;shipment&#8221; object<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;reference&#8221; attribute of the &#8220;order&#8221; object<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Cash on delivery management. Since in CommerceLayer there is no default payment method for <b>cash on delivery<\/b>, it is possible to force the recognition of a COD order by configuring the following two fields. If both fields are left empty, Qapla&#8217; will use the default values. Currently, it is possible to set only one value per field.\n<ul>\n<li>Payment method type for Cash on Delivery orders: example\u00a0<code>wire_transfer<\/code><\/li>\n<li>Payment method reference for Cash on Delivery orders: example <code>cash_on_delivery<\/code><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"712\" data-end=\"815\"><strong data-start=\"1675\" data-end=\"1697\">Set default weight<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Set a default weight to apply to imported orders.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1751\" data-end=\"1846\"><strong data-start=\"1751\" data-end=\"1784\">Set default number of parcels<\/strong><br data-start=\"1784\" data-end=\"1787\" \/>Define a default number of parcels for each imported order.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1853\" data-end=\"1893\"><strong data-start=\"1853\" data-end=\"1893\">4. Update the order on CommerceLayer<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1895\" data-end=\"2064\">To enable automatic updates on CommerceLayer, go to:<br data-start=\"1947\" data-end=\"1950\" \/>Settings &gt; Channels &gt; [Channel Name] &gt; Configure &gt; Updates &gt; E-commerce<br data-start=\"2025\" data-end=\"2028\" \/>Enable the available update options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2068\" data-end=\"2093\">Do not update the order<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2096\" data-end=\"2168\">Update the order to \u201cShipped\u201d when the shipment becomes trackable.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2171\" data-end=\"2339\">Update the order to \u201cShipped\u201d when the goods are physically in the hands of the carrier (statuses recognized by Qapla\u2019: Departed, In transit, Out for delivery).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2342\" data-end=\"2409\">Update shipments on CommerceLayer by inserting the Tracking Number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2416\" data-end=\"2432\"><strong data-start=\"2416\" data-end=\"2432\">Not working?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2434\" data-end=\"2619\">Qapla\u2019 uses the official <strong data-start=\"2459\" data-end=\"2496\">CommerceLayer APIs (Web Services)<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"2497\" data-end=\"2500\" \/>If it doesn\u2019t work, we recommend requesting verification from the administrator who manages your site on CommerceLayer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Connect Commercelayer with Qapla\u2019 In order to connect Commercelayer with Qapla&#8217;, you have to make the following steps: 1.
