Grant read and write permissions to allow order import and update<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"442\" data-end=\"494\">Enable the following permissions and click <strong data-start=\"485\" data-end=\"493\">Save<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"498\" data-end=\"524\">Customers: read-only<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"527\" data-end=\"547\">Orders: modify<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"550\" data-end=\"582\">Order Transactions: modify<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"585\" data-end=\"610\">Products: read-only<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"612\" data-end=\"718\">The procedure will return the BigCommerce API credentials and automatically download a TXT file.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"720\" data-end=\"970\">Inside the TXT file, you\u2019ll find the necessary data for the connection: <strong data-start=\"792\" data-end=\"808\">Access Token<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"813\" data-end=\"827\">Store Hash<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"828\" data-end=\"831\" \/>The Store Hash forms part of the API PATH, so you need to identify it as follows:<br data-start=\"912\" data-end=\"915\" \/>https:\/\/api.bigcommerce.com\/stores\/[ <strong>STORE HASH<\/strong> ]\/v3\/<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"977\" data-end=\"1008\">3. Enable order import<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1293\" data-end=\"1397\">To enable <strong>order import<\/strong>, go to:<br data-start=\"1323\" data-end=\"1326\" \/>Settings &gt; Channels &gt; [Channel Name] &gt; Configure &gt; Imports &gt; <strong>Orders<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1399\" data-end=\"1430\">Select the desired import mode:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1434\" data-end=\"1586\"><strong data-start=\"1434\" data-end=\"1448\">Automatic:<\/strong> Qapla\u2019 will query your platform every hour (on the hour, e.g., 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, etc.) to import new orders and update existing ones.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1589\" data-end=\"1724\"><strong data-start=\"1589\" data-end=\"1600\">Manual:<\/strong> you can start the import at any time from the <strong data-start=\"1647\" data-end=\"1657\">Labels<\/strong> section, selecting BigCommerce and clicking <strong data-start=\"1706\" data-end=\"1723\">Manual Import<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-start=\"1731\" data-end=\"1771\">Excluded order statuses from import<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1772\" data-end=\"1904\">You can exclude specific order statuses (in addition to the default ones) to customize the workflow based on your operational needs.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"1911\" data-end=\"1966\">Custom payment statuses for Cash on Delivery (COD)<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1967\" data-end=\"2299\">Some CMS platforms allow you to customize payment statuses beyond the system\u2019s default ones.<br data-start=\"2059\" data-end=\"2062\" \/>If you\u2019ve configured custom payment statuses to identify Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, it\u2019s essential to notify Qapla\u2019 Customer Care to ensure proper import handling.<br data-start=\"2237\" data-end=\"2240\" \/>If you only use standard statuses, no action is required.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2301\" data-end=\"2517\"><strong>Write to <a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" data-start=\"2312\" data-end=\"2328\">support@qapla.it<\/a>\u00a0listing<\/strong> the exact names of the <strong>custom payment statuses<\/strong> used for COD.<br data-start=\"2400\" data-end=\"2403\" \/>Once confirmed by Qapla\u2019 Customer Care, orders with those statuses will automatically be recognized as COD orders.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2524\" data-end=\"2545\">Advanced Settings<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2546\" data-end=\"2613\">Within \u201cImports &gt; Orders\u201d you can enable the following options:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2615\" data-end=\"2822\">\n<li data-start=\"2615\" data-end=\"2644\">\n<p data-start=\"2617\" data-end=\"2644\">Import product images<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2647\" data-end=\"2725\"><strong data-start=\"2647\" data-end=\"2670\">Set default weight:<\/strong> define a default weight to apply to imported orders.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2728\" data-end=\"2822\"><strong data-start=\"2728\" data-end=\"2762\">Set default number of parcels:<\/strong> define a default number of parcels for each imported order.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2829\" data-end=\"2867\">5. Update the order on BigCommerce<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2869\" data-end=\"2997\">To enable automatic updates on <strong>BigCommerce<\/strong>, go to:<br data-start=\"2919\" data-end=\"2922\" \/>Settings &gt; Channels &gt; [Channel Name] &gt; Configure &gt; Updates &gt; E-commerce<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2999\" data-end=\"3035\">Enable the available update options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"3039\" data-end=\"3111\">Update the order to \u201cShipped\u201d when the shipment becomes trackable.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3114\" data-end=\"3282\">Update the order to \u201cShipped\u201d when the goods are physically in the hands of the carrier (statuses recognized by Qapla\u2019: Departed, In transit, Out for delivery).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3285\" data-end=\"3354\">Update the order to \u201cDelivered\u201d when the shipment is delivered.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3357\" data-end=\"3436\">Tracking: update shipments on BigCommerce by inserting the Tracking Number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"3443\" data-end=\"3459\">Not working?<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3461\" data-end=\"3634\">Qapla\u2019 uses the <strong data-start=\"3477\" data-end=\"3521\">official BigCommerce APIs (Web Services)<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"3522\" data-end=\"3525\" \/>If it doesn\u2019t work, we recommend requesting a check from the administrator who manages your BigCommerce site.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3641\" data-end=\"3675\">Pickup Point Management (PUDO)<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3677\" data-end=\"3771\">The <strong data-start=\"3681\" data-end=\"3705\">Qapla\u2019 PUDO solution<\/strong> is available: pickup points for flexible shipping and delivery.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3773\" data-end=\"3923\">Offer your customers the option to choose delivery points from the carriers and import all information directly into Qapla\u2019 for shipment management.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3925\" data-end=\"4003\">Check out all the details in our dedicated guide: <a href=\"https:\/\/help.qapla.it\/en\/plugin-pudo-bigcommerce\/\"><strong data-start=\"3975\" data-end=\"4002\">BigCommerce PUDO Plugin<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Connect BigCommerce with Qapla\u2019 The connection is made through the official BigCommerce Web Services.To connect BigCommerce with Qapla\u2019, follow the steps below. 1.
