Authorization<\/h3>\n<p>To proceed with the Amazon Shipping App authorization, access the courier configuration section in:<br \/>\nSettings &gt; Channels &gt; [Channel Name] \u201cConfigure\u201d &gt; Couriers &gt; <strong>Amazon Shipping<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NOTE: <\/strong>If the Amazon Shipping module is not included in your plan, purchase it from the store or add it to your account to enable Amazon Shipping label generation.<\/p>\n<p>By clicking on the &#8220;<strong>Authorize App<\/strong>&#8221; button, a window will open where you must log in with your Amazon Shipping credentials.<\/p>\n<p>Check the box that allows Qapla&#8217; to connect to your Amazon Shipping account and press the &#8220;Authorize&#8221; button.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/help.qapla.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/foto-amazon-2.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4251\" src=\"http:\/\/help.qapla.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/foto-amazon-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"605\" height=\"386\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.qapla.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/foto-amazon-2.png 605w, https:\/\/help.qapla.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/foto-amazon-2-300x191.png 300w, https:\/\/help.qapla.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/foto-amazon-2-60x38.png 60w, https:\/\/help.qapla.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/foto-amazon-2-150x96.png 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 605px) 100vw, 605px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>A new pop-up window will appear confirming the authorization.<br \/>\nAt this point, you can close both pop-up windows that opened during this phase.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Label Generation Configuration<\/h3>\n<p>After completing the authorization, proceed with the rest of the configurations.<\/p>\n<p>Enable and enter the required data:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Generate shipments: <\/b>enable to activate label generation<\/li>\n<li><strong>Business ID:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Amazon Shipping IT<\/li>\n<li>Amazon Shipping UK<\/li>\n<li>Amazon Shipping FR<\/li>\n<li>Amazon Shipping ES<\/li>\n<li>Amazon Shipping US<\/li>\n<li>Amazon Shipping IN<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Seller Name: <\/strong>field to be populated<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rate Management:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Apply the cheapest courier rate<\/li>\n<li>Apply the rate of the selected courier, otherwise use the cheapest rate:\n<ul>\n<li>4PX<\/li>\n<li>Amazon Shipping<\/li>\n<li>China Post<\/li>\n<li>DHL eCommerce<\/li>\n<li>DHL Express CZ<\/li>\n<li>DHL Express DE<\/li>\n<li>DHL Express ES<\/li>\n<li>DHL Express FR<\/li>\n<li>DHL Express IT<\/li>\n<li>DHL Express PL<\/li>\n<li>DHL Express UK<\/li>\n<li>DHL Paket<\/li>\n<li>Poste Italiane<\/li>\n<li>WanB<\/li>\n<li>Yanwen<\/li>\n<li>Yun Express<\/li>\n<li>TNT IT<\/li>\n<li>BRT S.p.A<\/li>\n<li>UPS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Set &#8220;<strong>InsuredValue<\/strong>&#8221; to the value of the shipped goods<\/li>\n<li><strong>Available label formats<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>PDF<\/li>\n<li>Zebra ZPL (requires Qz Tray drivers)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Print quality<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>203 dpi<\/li>\n<li>300 dpi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Add order reference to order number during label printing<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>IMPORTANT:<\/strong> To print with ZPL formats, installation of specific drivers is required:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/qz.io\/download\/\">Qz Tray<\/a> <\/strong>(dedicated guide at this <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/help.qapla.it\/qz-io-per-stampa-etichette-zpl-zebra-epl\/\">link<\/a><\/strong>)<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zebra.com\/gb\/en\/support-downloads\/software\/printer-software\/browser-print.html\">Browser Print<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sender settings<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Default<\/strong>: the sender will be shown as configured in Settings &gt; Company.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Specific sender<\/strong>: you will need to indicate the address (street, number, city, zip code, province code, country code) and contact details (contact person, email, and phone).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Multi-sender<\/strong>: by activating this option, you can manage and configure different senders in Settings &gt; Senders by specifying a default one.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other settings:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Shipping manifest: <\/strong>you can enter up to 3 emails separated by commas to receive a copy of the manifest.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Courier contact person<\/strong>: you can enter the email of your courier representative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3.
