Connect Amazon with Qapla\u2019<\/strong><\/h2>\n

To connect Amazon with Qapla\u2019<\/strong><\/a>, please follow the steps below.<\/p>\n

1.Select Marketplace<\/h3>\n

in to your Qapla\u2019 account and go to Settings > Channels > [Channel Name] > Marketplace.
Choose Amazon<\/strong>, then click \u00abSelect<\/strong>\u00bbat the bottom.<\/p>\n

2. Authorization on Amazon<\/h3>\n

Next, access the marketplace configuration section, then, click \u00abRequest authorization from Amazon<\/strong>\u00bbto allow the connection between the marketplace and Qapla\u2019.<\/p>\n

You will need to log in with your Amazon credentials, and a page will open where you must select:
\u00abI request Amazon to provide Couriers Connector access to my selling partner account and related data…<\/strong>\u00bb.<\/p>\n

After that, click \u00abConfirm\u00bb<\/strong>\u00a0to complete the process.<\/p>\n

Once the authorization is complete, it is recommended to return to the Qapla\u2019 panel and click \u00abUpdate<\/b>\u00bb to save all data and settings.<\/p>\n

2. Enter your Seller ID on Qapla\u2019 and activate the integration<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Then, the Seller ID <\/strong>should appear already filled in.<\/p>\n

In the same section, you can enable order import and automatic updates.
You can also choose to import order weights and product images from the marketplace.<\/p>\n

Once you have enabled the desired options, click \u00abSelect<\/strong>\u00bb.<\/p>\n

After completing all the steps, the connection may take around 10 minutes to be fully established.
It is also advisable to verify the connection through a manual import in Labels > Create > Manual import.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> You must have an Amazon Seller Professional account to correctly connect Amazon with Qapla\u2019.<\/p>\n

The countries supported by this integration are: BE, DE, ES, FR, GB, IE, IT, NL, PL, SE, TR.<\/p>\n

Connection issues?<\/h3>\n

If you received an error message related to the Amazon connection or are experiencing problems with order import or updates, follow these steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Go to Settings > Channels > [Channel Name] > Marketplace > Amazon<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Uncheck the \u00abActivate<\/b>\u00bb button and click \u00abUpdate<\/b>.\u00bb<\/li>\n
  3. Refresh <\/em> the page and go back to the marketplace configuration section.<\/li>\n
  4. Repeat the connection<\/strong> and authorization<\/strong> process as described above.<\/li>\n
  5. Once the procedure is completed, wait a few minutes<\/strong> for the connection to be established. Then, perform a manual import or update test<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
