Activate Order Import<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1012\" data-end=\"1120\">To activate <strong>order import<\/strong>, go to:<br data-start=\"1044\" data-end=\"1047\" \/>Settings &gt; Channels &gt; [Channel Name] &gt; Configure &gt; Imports <strong data-start=\"1047\" data-end=\"1118\">&gt; Orders<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1122\" data-end=\"1158\">Select your preferred import mode:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1161\" data-end=\"1295\"><strong data-start=\"1161\" data-end=\"1175\">Automatic:<\/strong> Qapla\u2019 will query your platform every hour (at .00, e.g., 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, etc.) to import new and updated orders.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1298\" data-end=\"1430\"><strong data-start=\"1298\" data-end=\"1309\">Manual:<\/strong> You can manually import orders anytime from the <strong data-start=\"1358\" data-end=\"1368\">Labels<\/strong> section by selecting Ecwid and clicking on <strong data-start=\"1412\" data-end=\"1429\">Manual Import<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1432\" data-end=\"1613\"><strong data-start=\"1432\" data-end=\"1459\">Excluded Order Statuses<\/strong><br data-start=\"1459\" data-end=\"1462\" \/>You can exclude specific order statuses (in addition to those excluded by default) to customize the import process according to your operational needs.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1615\" data-end=\"1911\"><strong data-start=\"1615\" data-end=\"1657\">Custom Payment Statuses for COD Orders<\/strong><br data-start=\"1657\" data-end=\"1660\" \/>Some CMS platforms allow custom payment statuses beyond the system\u2019s default ones.<br data-start=\"1742\" data-end=\"1745\" \/>If you\u2019ve configured custom statuses to identify Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, it\u2019s essential to inform Qapla\u2019 Customer Care to ensure correct import handling.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1913\" data-end=\"2199\">If you\u2019re using only standard statuses, no action is required.<br data-start=\"1975\" data-end=\"1978\" \/><strong>Send an email to <a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" data-start=\"1997\" data-end=\"2013\">support@qapla.it<\/a> listing<\/strong> the exact <strong>custom payment status names<\/strong> used for COD. Once confirmed by the Qapla\u2019 Customer Care team, orders with these statuses will be automatically recognized as COD orders.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2201\" data-end=\"2305\"><strong data-start=\"2201\" data-end=\"2222\">Advanced Settings<\/strong><br data-start=\"2222\" data-end=\"2225\" \/>Within the <strong data-start=\"2236\" data-end=\"2256\">Imports &gt; Orders<\/strong> section, you can enable the following options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2308\" data-end=\"2331\">Import product images<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2334\" data-end=\"2349\">Import weight<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2351\" data-end=\"2424\"><strong data-start=\"2351\" data-end=\"2375\">Set a Default Weight<\/strong><br data-start=\"2375\" data-end=\"2378\" \/>Assign a default weight for imported orders.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2426\" data-end=\"2524\"><strong data-start=\"2426\" data-end=\"2462\">Set a Default Number of Packages<\/strong><br data-start=\"2462\" data-end=\"2465\" \/>Define a default number of parcels for each imported order.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2531\" data-end=\"2562\">6. Update Orders in Ecwid<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2563\" data-end=\"2693\">To enable automatic order updates in Ecwid, go to: Settings &gt; Channels &gt; [Channel Name] &gt; Configure &gt; Updates &gt; E-commerce<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2563\" data-end=\"2693\">Enable the desired update options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2734\" data-end=\"2802\">Update the order to \u201cShipped\u201d when the shipment becomes trackable.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2805\" data-end=\"2934\">Update the order to \u201cShipped\u201d when the goods are in the courier\u2019s hands (for Qapla\u2019: Departed, In Transit, Out for Delivery).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2937\" data-end=\"3015\">Update the order to \u201cDelivered\u201d when the shipment is successfully delivered<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Connect Ecwid with Qapla\u2019 To connect Qapla\u2019 with the Ecwid platform, follow the steps below. 1.
