Download the APP<\/h3>\n<p>Download the official APP (File Zip) directly from Zendesk by clicking on this link:<\/p>\n<h3><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zendesk.com\/it\/marketplace\/apps\/support\/196957\/qapla\/\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>App Qapla\u2019 \u2013 Zendesk<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>2. Log-in to your Zendesk<\/h3>\n<p>Log-in to your Zendesk account.<\/p>\n<p>Go to the &#8220;Admin&#8221; section on the left-hand side of the screen.<\/p>\n<p>In the APP area click on &#8220;APP Management&#8221; and then on &#8220;Upload private app&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>3. Upload the APP<\/h3>\n<p>Please enter the APP name which will be displayed in the app list on Zendesk, for example Qapla&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Upload the File Zip previously downloaded by clicking on &#8220;Choose File&#8221;, then click on &#8220;Upload&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>4. Agree to Terms of Use of Zendesk Marketplace<\/h3>\n<p>Accept Terms of Use by clicking on &#8220;Upload&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>5. Enter the API Key Token<\/h3>\n<p>In order to end the installation you have to enter the API Key that is on Qapla&#8217; going on the gear icon at the top right of Qapla&#8217; control panel and click on: External Plugins &gt; Zendesk<\/p>\n<p>Enter the Key in the &#8220;Token API Key&#8221; field and click on &#8220;Install&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>6.
