Request credentials from UPS<\/h3>\n<p>To generate shipments via Qapla\u2019, you need to obtain the following <strong>Webservice credentials<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Account number<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. If this option is chosen, additional fields appear:\n<ul>\n<li>Account number for third-party customs charge<\/li>\n<li>Postcode for third-party customs charge<\/li>\n<li>Country for third-party shipment charge (<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/ISO_3166-1_alpha-2\" rel=\"noopener\">ALPHA-2<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shipment charge:<\/strong> select the default shipment cost charge.\n<ul>\n<li>Sender<\/li>\n<li>Third Party. If this option is chosen, additional fields appear:\n<ul>\n<li>Account number for third-party customs charge<\/li>\n<li>Postcode for third-party customs charge<\/li>\n<li>Country for third-party shipment charge (<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/ISO_3166-1_alpha-2\" rel=\"noopener\">ALPHA-2<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Paperless<\/strong>: enable for international shipments with customs, to attach customs documents electronically.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Available label formats<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A4<\/li>\n<li>A6<\/li>\n<li>Zebra PDF (102x150mm)<\/li>\n<li>Zebra ZPL* (Browser Print)<\/li>\n<li>Zebra ZPL (requires Qz Tray drivers)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>IMPORTANT:<\/strong> To print with ZPL formats, installation of specific drivers is required:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/qz.io\/download\/\">Qz Tray<\/a> <\/strong>(dedicated guide at this <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/help.qapla.it\/qz-io-per-stampa-etichette-zpl-zebra-epl\/\">link<\/a><\/strong>)<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zebra.com\/gb\/en\/support-downloads\/software\/printer-software\/browser-print.html\">Browser Print<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sender settings<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sender country code selection<\/li>\n<li><strong>Default<\/strong>: the sender will be shown as configured in Settings &gt; Company.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Specific sender<\/strong>: you will need to indicate the address (street, number, city, zip code, province code, country code) and contact details (contact person, email, and phone).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Multi-sender<\/strong>: by activating this option, you can manage and configure different senders in Settings &gt; Senders by specifying a default one.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Contextual Returns:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Manage returns<\/strong>: enable to generate the return label together with the outbound one.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Create return label for all shipments<\/strong>: default setting, which will activate return generation for all shipments.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Return address different from sender<\/strong>: enable if it is necessary to create the return to an address different from that of the sender.
