{"id":1119,"date":"2018-07-23T14:10:36","date_gmt":"2018-07-23T12:10:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/help.qapla.it\/?p=1119"},"modified":"2026-01-15T10:40:42","modified_gmt":"2026-01-15T09:40:42","slug":"print-sda-shipping-labels","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/help.qapla.it\/en\/print-sda-shipping-labels\/","title":{"rendered":"SDA Print Shipping Labels"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Manage your SDA shipments in Qapla\u2019<\/h2>\n<p>In this section, it is possible to connect the courier <b>SDA<\/b> for generating shipping labels directly through <a href=\"http:\/\/www.qapla.it\">Qapla&#8217;<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><b>NOTE:<\/b> If the <b>SDA<\/b> module is not included in your plan, purchase it from the store or add it to your account to enable SDA shipment generation.<\/p>\n<h3>Preliminary Requirements<\/h3>\n<p>To print SDA labels directly on Qapla\u2019, you must request your courier representative to activate the following service: <b>Webservice Technological Solution<\/b>, enabled by the relevant SDA branch.<\/p>\n<h3>Configuration Path<\/h3>\n<p>To configure the module, access: <b>Settings &gt; Channels &gt; [Channel Name] \u201cConfigure\u201d &gt; Couriers &gt; SDA<\/b><\/p>\n<h3>Webservice access<\/h3>\n<p>Data to be configured on Qapla&#8217; for Webservice access (to be requested from the courier once the Technological Solution is activated):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Customer code<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Station Code (Codice Postazione)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Login and password for Webservice access<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Paying Customer Code<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Tracking<\/h3>\n<p>Configuration for reading the tracking number:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><b>Verification type:<\/b> Tracking Number<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><b>Field:<\/b> Tracking Number<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><b>Update with shipment number:<\/b> not necessary (leave empty)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><b>Other tracking reading method:<\/b> The courier also allows tracking via order reference. To enable this mode, it is mandatory to enter the credentials here as well:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Customer code<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Station Code<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>User<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Password<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Label generation<\/h3>\n<p>Data for label generation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><b>Generate labels:<\/b> <b>Check to activate generation.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><b>Paying Customer Code.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><b>Cash on Delivery (COD) collection type:<\/b> If COD is managed, select the default collection type (see code list below).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><b>Content:<\/b> Enter the shipment content.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><b>Service code:<\/b> Select the default Service Code to be used for shipments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><b>International:<\/b> Allows setting default values applied to items if missing from the order:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Country of manufacture<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Customs codes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><b>Enable multiple senders:<\/b> Check if to be activated (Multi-sender).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Label Printing<\/h3>\n<p>Options for printing and label format.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><b>Print Labels:<\/b> Select the desired format.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><b>A4:<\/b> 1 label per sheet on A4 for Laser printers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><b>A4 (4 labels of 105x148mm):<\/b> 4 labels per sheet on A4 for Laser printers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><b>A6:<\/b> 1 label per sheet on A4 for Laser and Thermal printers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><b>Zebra ZPL 12x11cm (qz.io):<\/b> 1 label per sheet for Thermal printers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>IMPORTANT: International Shipments<\/b> If both domestic and international shipments are generated, the only formats that can be enabled are <b>A4<\/b> and <b>A6<\/b>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>If <b>domestic<\/b> labels are generated, they will be in A6 or A4 (depending on the choice).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>If <b>international<\/b> labels are generated, they will <b>ONLY<\/b> be in A4 format.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>NOTE<\/strong>: To print with <strong>Zebra ZPL format via <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/qz.io\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Qz.io<\/a><\/strong>, you must: <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Download and install the QZ Tray driver<\/li>\n<li>Follow the instructions at this link: <strong><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/help.qapla.it\/qz-io-per-stampa-etichette-zpl-zebra-epl\/\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/help.qapla.it\/qz-io-per-stampa-etichette-zpl-zebra-epl\/<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Printing options:<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li><b>INSERT PRODUCTS IN LABEL NOTES:<\/b> Option to allow the product list to be included on the label.<\/li>\n<li><b>SEND DIMENSIONS IN CM. (LENGTH X WIDTH X HEIGHT):<\/b> This check <b>must<\/b> be enabled to send dimensions to the courier. <i>Warning:<\/i> If not enabled, the courier will return an error.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><b>Enable pickup date choice:<\/b> Check if to be activated.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>You can decide whether to enable the pickup request to the courier by sending a date selected by the customer.
