Integration of Qapla’ with WA Smart Business
ComunicaColWeb (CCW) is a Qapla’ partner that provides an automation service for business communications via WhatsApp.
With WA Smart Business, merchants can automatically send:
- Order summary messages
- Tracking updates
- Abandoned cart notifications
- Discount coupons
- Automated replies
- Customer care messages
- Mass marketing campaigns

Requirements
To use the integration, you must:
- Have an active contract with ComunicaColWeb (CCW)
- Follow the WhatsApp Business Platform activation procedure provided by ComunicaColWeb (CCW)
Please note: The configuration of the CCW platform on the WhatsApp side is not managed by Qapla’.
How WA Smart Business Works
- Qapla’ sends shipping progress updates to CCW via webhook.
- CCW is directly connected to Meta’s APIs.
- Each phone number can only be associated with one service (either used on a mobile device or on the WhatsApp Business Platform).
- For each new activation, Meta’s approval is required.
Configuration on Qapla’
To configure, log in to your Qapla’ account and go to:
Settings > Marketing > [Channel Name] > WhatsApp > WA Smart Business
From your WA Smart Business account, retrieve the following data:
- Delivery URL
- Secret
Enter the retrieved data and click on “Update”.
Select the sending mode:
- Activate (general sending)
- Enable sending to Amazon customers (optional)
