To update the integration mode between Qapla’ and Shopify you have to uninstall the current app and to make once again the connection procedure.

How to uninstall the APP?

1. Search for our APP on Shopify

From Shopify Control Panel please select «APP».

 

From APP management select «App settings and sales channel».

 

2. Uninstall our APP

From the list that will appear, please click on «Uninstall» in correspondence to the APP «Qapla’ Connector».

 

3. Delete our APP

Delete the APP clicking on «Delete», now the APP  has been properly removed.

 

How to re-connect Shopify?

To make Qapla’ communicate with your Shopify, you have to make the following steps:

 

1. Install our App

Install our APP directly from this link: Qapla’ Connector 

Click on “Add App”.

 

2. Follow the instructions

Copy Shop Name and Qapla’ Token found once installed the app:

 

Paste Shop Name and Qapla’ Token on Qapla’ under:

Channels > [Channel Name] > Configure > 2.E-Commerce

 

When the data are entered on Qapla’ Control Panel, please double check them to be correct, therefore the following steps must be respected:

  1. Enter the access data and click on “Verify”.
    If the data are correct they will be highlighted in green after some seconds.
  2. Go on with saving and then click on “Save and test”
