Manage your GLS Spain shipments with Qapla’
For GLS Spain, an integration is available that allows label printing directly on Qapla’ and tracking of shipments handled with this courier.
To configure the courier, follow the steps described below.
1. Request credentials from GLS Spain
To generate shipments via Qapla’, you need to obtain the following Webservice credentials:
- GUID or Client UID
2. Label Generation Configuration
Once you have obtained the data, you can proceed with enabling and configuring the required data by going to:
Settings > Channels > [Channel Name] “Configure” > Couriers > GLS Spain

Available label formats:
- A4 (4 labels of 105x148mm)
- PDF / A6 / Zebra
Sender settings:
- Sender country code selection
- Default: the sender will be shown as configured in Settings > Company.
- Specific sender: you will need to indicate the address (street, number, city, zip code, province code, country code) and contact details (contact person, email, and phone).
- Multi-sender: by activating this option, you can manage and configure different senders in Settings > Senders by specifying a default one.
Pickup Booking:
- Send pickup booking: enable if you wish to send the automatic pickup request; you will also need to indicate a pickup and closing time.
Other settings:
- Shipping manifest: you can enter up to 3 emails separated by commas to receive a copy of the manifest.
- Courier contact person: you can enter the email of your courier representative.
