Connect Maxpho with Qapla’
To connect Maxpho with Qapla’, follow these steps:
1. Obtain the Private API Key from Qapla’
Copy the value found under Private API Key in Qapla’:
Settings > Channels > [Channel Name] > Configure > Channel
2. Request the Connection
Send your Private API Key to the Maxpho support team at:
supporto@maxpho.com
Request the connection and the activation of order or shipment import with Maxpho.
3. Request Activation of the Update
To update your order statuses or to insert the tracking number and obtain tracking information, we recommend using webhooks.
You can configure the service by going to:
Updates > Webhook
Request activation of the service directly from Maxpho.
