Genius Plan Setup Guide
Qapla’s Genius Plan includes all the features for shipment management and post-shipment communication:
- Shipment tracking
- Post-shipment marketing
- Carrier label printing management
To start using your Qapla’ account, you need to configure the features in the Qapla’ Control Panel.
Proper configuration allows you to fully utilize all the features that Qapla’ offers.
Here is the full list of configurations to be completed.
1. Import Method
Choose how to import your orders or your shipments.
2. Carrier Configuration
Choose which carriers to enable for label generation and/or shipment tracking management.
3. Mail Server Configuration
To send transactional emails from your domains, configure the SMTP server (your own or provided by Qapla’).

Customize the automatic emails sent to customers:

Set up your customized tracking page:
6. SMS Configuration
Customize the automatic SMS sent to customers to inform them about shipment progress:
7. Webhook
Enable and configure the webhook to receive notifications for tracking status updates and shipment creations.
