Manage your Arco Spedizioni shipments in Qapla’

In this section, you can connect the courier Arco Spedizioni to generate shipping labels directly through Qapla’.

NOTE: If the Arco Spedizioni module is not included in your plan, purchase it from the store or add it to your account to enable shipment generation.

1. Request service activation from Arco Spedizioni

To print Arco labels directly on Qapla’, you must request your courier representative to activate the SPUNAUTO service.

2. Tracking Configuration

Configuration for reading the tracking number.

  • Customer code: Entry is not required for standard tracking.

  • Tracking mode: Select Waybill (Tracking Number).

  • Field: Select Tracking Number.

  • Shipment Number: Activation is not required (leave empty).

  • Field For Shipment Number: Selection is not required (leave empty).

Tracking via Order Reference

Shipments can also be tracked via order reference. To use this mode, it is mandatory to fill in the Customer code field in the configuration, as it is required data for the service.

3. Label generation

Data to request for creating shipments:

  • Customer Code

  • Branch code: Usually a three-digit numerical code.

  • Select default service: Choose the predefined service to assign to shipments.

Credentials: Request access credentials for the Arco WEB portal:

    • Login

    • Password

Label Printing

Arco label printing is available in the following formats:

  • A6 PDF: Standard format for laser or thermal printers.

  • Zebra ZPL (qz.io): Format for Zebra thermal printers.

ZEBRA NOTES: To print with the Zebra ZPL format via Qz.io, you must:

  1. Download and install the QZ Tray driver.

  2. Follow the instructions in this guide: QZ.io for ZPL label printing

Sender address management

  • Enable multiple senders: check if multi-sender is to be activated
  • Always use this sender: fill in the data if only one sender is to be used

4. Request configuration from our customer care

Once all credentials, data, and required specifications have been collected, send the configuration request to our customer care (support@qapla.it).

Make sure to provide all the details indicated, your account name, and the channel or channels to be configured; incomplete requests may lead to longer processing times for the configuration.
