Email notifications for shipments in progress
Qapla’ allows you to receive email notifications to stay constantly updated on the status of shipments within a channel.
Below are the notifications that can be enabled:
Shipment Status Notification and Instant Notifications
- I wish to receive a daily warning email about problematic shipments.
- Include shipments delivered the previous day.
- I wish to receive an instant email in case of:
- Failed delivery
- Problems
- Delays
- Email: field for entering the email addresses to receive notifications. You can enter up to 3 email addresses separated by commas. E.g.: “pippo@qapla.it,pluto@qapla.it”
Automatic shipment import notification
- I wish to receive an email notifying me of imported shipments.
- Email: field for entering the email addresses to receive notifications. You can enter up to 3 email addresses separated by commas. E.g.: “pippo@qapla.it,pluto@qapla.it”
Notification language
You can choose the language in which you wish to receive notifications:
- Italian
- English
- French
- German
- Spanish
